This hotel apartment offers extremely poor value for money. While the views are a highlight and the common areas are uniquely decorated, the hygiene is absolutely terrible. The refrigerator had a huge moldy smell, and the showerhead not only had poor water flow but also an astonishingly thick layer of limescale. There was a thick layer of dust inside the TV cabinet, and the bed sheets even had ballpoint pen marks on them. It's a classic case of looking great on the outside but being rotten within! What's most incomprehensible is that hotel guests still have to pay for parking. With a room rate of over 600, having to pay an additional 200 for parking makes staying at the Rosewood Hotel seem like a better option!

I stayed in a studio apartment, and the room was much more spacious than a standard hotel room. The independent kitchen area was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove, allowing me to occasionally cook a simple meal myself, which really made it feel like home. The in-room washing machine is an absolute lifesaver for guests, greatly solving laundry woes. Daily housekeeping also maintained a consistent standard of cleanliness. _x000B_The staff were professional and friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping. Their responses were always prompt, and they resolved issues efficiently. Overall, this place perfectly blends the comfort of a hotel with the convenience of an apartment. The lighting system is rudimentary (only one 25W bedside lamp, insufficient light for reading). 5. **Imbalanced Value for Money**: The current room rate is out of sync with the actual experience.
