Mumian Beijing Daxing International Airport, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt Hotel

Back again! This time, I stayed in a 'scenic view' room, but it turned out to be quite noisy. Even after lights out, there were sudden, occasional strange noises in the room which were both startling and disruptive to my sleep. The breakfast had good variety, but the quality wasn't great, especially the Western options.

This is my second stay here. Last time I arrived late, and this time I'm leaving early. It's incredibly convenient, as you can walk to the terminal in less than ten minutes. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the facilities are great. I especially love the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The bookstore downstairs is also fantastic! And Vivi at the front desk was super attentive!

I had an early flight, and staying here made getting to the terminal incredibly convenient. The room was well-designed, spacious, and clean. I could see planes taking off, and the sunset was beautiful. They offer complimentary late-night snacks like wontons, noodles, and various porridges, which was a very thoughtful touch for late-arriving guests. The fridge was stocked with mineral water and drinks. The soundproofing was excellent. Vivi, the manager on duty, was very attentive and thorough. I'm extremely satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again if I need to.

The service was excellent, and the facilities and environment were all new. The pool was very clean, and the hotel was beautiful. The staff members Cathy, Alice, and Angel were all very friendly.

I travel for business about one to two hundred nights a year, staying in hotels both domestically and internationally, and this is the first time I've encountered a hotel so forgetful. A month ago, the bathroom in my room leaked in the middle of the night. I reported it to the front desk, and they said housekeeping would get back to me. A month passed, and I never received a call. This time, upon checking in again, I found the previous guest's contact lens in the room! When checking out, I reported it to the front desk again, and they once again said they would inform housekeeping to contact me. As I'm writing this review, almost 12 hours have passed, and no one has reached out. This has truly been an eye-opening experience, disgusting to the extreme! This is the first negative review I've ever given on Trip.com after all these years!

Traveling with my child, we took the subway directly from Daxing Airport station to the second floor of the terminal, then found gate 13 and followed the signs straight to the Kapok Hotel. The entrance design was a pleasant surprise; as the automatic doors opened, it felt like entering a time tunnel, with layers unfolding, as if stepping into another dimension. The room also had a great ambiance, though personally, I prefer a slightly brighter style, so it felt a tad dim. We went to the pool at 9 AM and enjoyed the hotel's amenities, having a fantastic swim with my child.
