從來沒住過這麼冷的酒店，空調基本不管用，本來定的商務雙床房，結果入住的時候給了我棋牌房，一進屋一股濃濃的煙味，作為6個多月的孕婦，這個味道真的聞不了，不敢想在這麼重的煙味房間睡一宿會對肚子裏的寶寶造成什麼傷害，於是找前台溝通，前台客服該説不説態度確實很好，給我升級了套房，但是冷啊，太冷了，房間温度衹有十度，開了兩個小時空調温度也衹有12度，無奈跟前台又要了一床被子，湊合睡了一宿。熱水也不是熱的，是温的，而且一打開出的是黃水，放了很久也衹是顏色變淺而已，刷牙都沒敢用自來水，臉也沒洗，可以確定的是以後不會再來住了，很差的體驗。

體驗極差。入住當天，凌晨12點左右，説找不到訂單，一再拿攜程給她們核實，終於辦理好。
洗好了頭，吹風機使用2分鐘左右罷工，想找前台，發現電話沒有連接，找來房卡打上面電話，無人接，終於聯繫上，説派保安上來，我説這個點合適嗎？她説送個上來，點等了20分鐘。我又去試了牆上那個罷工的，突然又可以了，又使用了30秒左右，又沒了，這樣一共四回。
退房時我問發票是酒店開還是攜程，她説看一下，再次查不到訂單，問了我三次房間號，房卡在你手上，你還問，可就是查不到，這樣的管理系統怎麼服務客户？差差差。
