My stay at Yuan Se Hotel Apartment was fantastic. The modern, stylish rooms were both spacious and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. Its convenient location made exploring easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a delightful and relaxing stay!

We did not got any check in detales beforehand. It was very inconvenient to find somebody who speaks Chinese and could call for details. Our bad was clean, but the rest of the room was awful! It needs not only cleaning but renovation. At first they gave us a stinky smoking room. We asked for a different one. We strongly do not recommend this place.

We stayed here for 4 days. The facilities are very good, feel like home. Suitable for our family. We can buy food in convineance store and heat itu in the microwave. I even washed clothes and ironed them. It is located in the middle of the city. Every day we just walk to the Dawanglu subway station to visit tourist attractions in beijing. They also allowed us to check in late until the afternoon. Very convenient

The room that was given to us was not the same as the ones was shown, but the services from the owner was great. They were considerate that we would need a bigger bed since the room that was shown has a slightly smaller bed that’s why it’s not the same. Overall facility are great and the location is quite near to a station ( DawangLu, Line 1 ) which makes it easier for us to go to a popular tourist destination like Tian an men, Universal Beijing, and others so we save a quite a lot by taking the metro instead of using a taxi.

The apartment is nice, clean and surrounding with shopping malls and foods, also near to subway. The 管家 and the lady I contact with very helpful and prompt in responding my queries. Very satisfy and will stay again in future. Highly recommended! Thanks for the great service!

Nice apartment, great location, and an attentive staff

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The service is good, the lady whom I am in contact with regarding the apartment stay is very kind and helpful. They keep the apartment clean. The location is near to Dawanglu metro station, which is conveniently connected to a mall. There are convenience stores, coffee stores like Luckin Coffee, tea stores like Heytea, nearby. Thank you for the good stay! 👍🏻

The apartment is nice, quite & clean, location is very convenient, between 2 subway ( Guomao & Dawanglu), there are some yummy local food restaurant surrounding. The equipment inside the room are work very well. The owner, Mr. liu is very polite & helpfull, he help us to call Didi many times a day. We really enjoy our trip to Beijing, We stay here for 5 nights & will stay in this apartment again next time if we come to Beijing & introduce to our friends.

The facilities are complete, clean and the service is very enthusiastic. I like lying on the small lounge chair on the balcony.

The location is perfect. You can go downstairs to eat and shop in the CBD. The hygiene is in place. The service is responsive at any time. The one-bedroom, two-living room and bright bathroom suite is the best value for money.

The accommodation experience is very good. I will recommend it to my friends, especially those who are particular about hygiene. It's great.

Although the equipment is not very new, it is cleaned very well, the hair dryer has a strong air volume, and the housekeeper replies to messages quickly. Although the community has no access control, the environment is very clean, shopping is very convenient nearby, there are many restaurants and shopping malls, and the subway is also very close

High cost performance, good service response, I will continue to book this hotel if I come to Beijing for tourism next time.

Overall it's pretty good. It's close to the subway. It's quite convenient to take the kids out to play. I snore and I can sleep on the sofa. It's surrounded by shopping malls and only one stop away from Guomao. It's pretty good.
