We promptly contacted you regarding the issues you raised, but communication was not smooth. First, you booked a king-size room for your family of four and complained that the amenities were inadequate. Indeed, our facilities are not comparable to those of the nearby Park Inn by Radisson. This hotel is a high-end option, while ours is a budget option. Hotel amenities are clearly listed on the website, and we do not exaggerate. The next day, you requested a change to a suite, repeatedly complaining that our price was too high. You compared our suite price to the Park Inn by Radisson's king-size room, but the room types are different and therefore incomparable. We have also discussed this with you. We have also offered you a discount, but you were still not satisfied. We are truly heartbroken. Furthermore, the issue with the Do Not Disturb light you mentioned was due to a wiring issue that could not be addressed immediately. We have since added a Do Not Disturb sign.
