Starway Hotel (Beijing Guomao)

Very close to Beizhong. The hotel's branded beds are very clean and comfortable, and the Hunan restaurant downstairs is delicious.

A trusted old brand, clean, tidy, safe, and excellent service! I'll definitely come again!

Great location

The room is quite dated with visible mold on the window seals and a lot of dust on the windows. There was a persistent smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom, and bugs occasionally appeared in the room. Initially, there was no hot water, though it became relatively stable during the last few days. The breakfast was very mediocre and lacked the characteristic features of Starway hotels.

My stay this time was quite disappointing. First, the room facilities were pretty basic, nothing special. Second, the TV didn't support screen mirroring, which was a huge letdown for me as I'm used to casting shows from my phone. The most inconvenient part was that it took over half an hour for food delivery from the lobby to reach the room, so if you wanted to eat earlier, you had to go down and pick it up yourself. This really impacted the overall experience.

Very close to Maolivehouse, and they even provided breakfast vouchers. The service attitude was excellent.

The room had no Wi-Fi. I stayed for three nights, and every single night I was asked to switch rooms due to hotel facility arrangements. I spent every morning packing my bags... The room also had a sewage smell. The experience was extremely poor, and I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit small but very clean, and the soundproofing was excellent, so even though it faced the road, it wasn't noisy. Housekeeping was prompt, and the front desk staff were very friendly; you could always get bottled water refills.

The room was spotless, offering excellent value for money. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite, assisting with all our requests. I would definitely choose this hotel again.
