I used to pass by the Jinyu area in Yanqing and always thought it was quite spacious. This time, I brought my child and got an upgraded room, which was very comfortable. Strolling by the lake was also very pleasant. There's even a slide in the courtyard that my kid really enjoyed. The hot springs themselves are large and the environment is great, though the children's area is a bit small.

This is a hotel we visit multiple times a year. The package often includes access to the hot springs, which is perfect for families with kids. The hotel environment is great too, clean and comfortable, and the service is very responsive.

The front desk staff upgraded us from a king room to a twin room with a sofa bed because we had a child with us, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious enough, the hot springs were good, and the food was decent. Yanqing is very cool.

My three-day, two-night stay at the Crowne Plaza Beijing Badaling was exceptional overall, providing a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. Both the service and environment were incredibly satisfying. Upon arrival, the doorman was very welcoming and promptly helped with my luggage, offering thoughtful and attentive service. During check-in, VIVI at the front desk was meticulous and considerate, handling everything efficiently and patiently. She even proactively added me on WeChat, assuring me that I could contact her anytime with any needs during my stay, which was incredibly reassuring. She also kindly arranged a twin lake-view room for me with a fantastic view. The room itself was spacious and well-laid out, providing an excellent living experience, and the lake view from the window was absolutely delightful, creating a wonderful ambiance. The hotel's recreational facilities were incredibly relaxing. My husband particularly enjoyed the exclusive fishing area, which was serene and tranquil – perfect for unwinding. The location is also superb; a short walk from the hotel takes you directly to Jiangquan Water Park. The park has few visitors, offering a quiet and beautiful environment. With lush greenery, clear shimmering lakes, and rolling mountains in the distance, the natural scenery is stunning. It's ideal for daily exercise, leisurely strolls, or simply relaxing and clearing your mind. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh dishes, catering to diverse tastes. The overall service standard was consistently high, not just from the doorman and front desk staff, but also from the housekeeping team, who were equally warm, detailed, and attentive. They were responsive throughout my stay, offering thoughtful service down to the smallest details. This was a highly recommended vacation experience.

The experience wasn't great. The room itself was nice, but all the activities were managed separately. The pool and hot springs weren't part of the hotel, and you could only enter once. If you left to grab something from your room, you couldn't get back in without buying another ticket. For the miniature train, you needed a physical ticket, which meant going back to the front desk to request one. The service flow was really disjointed. Everything, including dining, was outsourced. Basically, the only convenient thing about staying here was the room itself; everything else was a hassle and outsourced. I don't think it's suitable for a family vacation with kids; it's more like a place to stay for one night if you're in the area.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory, and I particularly want to commend the front desk staff for their efficient and friendly service. Check-in was very quick, and they patiently and thoroughly explained the arrangements for the Dragon Boat Festival children's activities, which was a thoughtful touch. The room experience was excellent. The room was clean, odor-free, and quiet. The facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, making for a very comfortable stay. Room service was also very responsive, delivering extra items promptly. Breakfast deserves praise – there was a wide variety of delicious options, and the whole family enjoyed it. The children's activities for the Dragon Boat Festival were colorful and engaging, and the staff present were warm and friendly, making the kids feel very involved. However, the biggest letdown this time, which I must honestly point out, was the accompanying Muyun Hot Springs. The adult hot spring area was decent, but none of the small pools had temperature indicators, forcing us to test each one with our feet, which was very inconvenient. The filtration in some small pools clearly couldn't keep up, with noticeable skin flakes from previous guests floating on the surface, making the hygiene quite unpleasant. The children's water area was even more problematic: In the morning, kids were only allowed to play in the wading pool. The water quality was okay at first but became noticeably cloudy by midday. The children eagerly looked at the slides, only to be told they wouldn't open until 1:30 PM. After waiting for a long time, only one slide was actually usable, and the water spraying from it was cold. The mat at the bottom of the slide was very slippery, and after playing twice, my child didn't want to go back, complaining that the water had a strange smell – likely due to low long-term usage and accumulated grime on the mats. Before coming here, we had just visited Yueqin and have also frequently experienced Leduogang. At a similar price point, other places treat their children's water areas as a core highlight, maintaining water quality, facilities, and opening times with much more transparency and care. In comparison, the maintenance and management of Muyun Hot Springs clearly fall behind. Even with excellent hotel rooms and children's activities, the hot spring area alone is enough to deter families with children. I hope the hotel can genuinely prioritize the cleanliness and operational details of the hot springs, otherwise, it will be difficult to attract repeat customers. I'm giving an overall rating of four stars; the deduction is entirely due to the hot springs. I hope for improvements.

The rooms are perfect for families with kids, and the hot springs are particularly outstanding, very Japanese-style, with individual private baths. There were lots of parent-child activities during the Dragon Boat Festival, which the kids really enjoyed. The butler service from Cherry and Vivi was also very attentive. Looking forward to visiting the hot springs again in winter!

Highly recommend! We got an upgraded room, and Alice at the front desk left a great impression. She was very efficient and made us feel so welcome. Definitely recommend to friends visiting Longqing Gorge!

It was great! The front desk lady was super nice, beautiful and kind-hearted. It's perfect for families with kids, who absolutely loved all the activities. Can you imagine spending a whole day just playing non-stop at the hotel? I just forgot to request a late check-out. I'll definitely come back again, and again!

This is the perfect hotel for a family trip with kids! All the facilities and services are top-notch. The kids' play area in the hot spring was such a hit, my child didn't want to leave. The mini-train, go-karts, and rainbow slide were also great fun. The service was excellent too – my child just mentioned being thirsty, and the mini-train driver immediately got them a bottle of water. It was a very pleasant trip!

Family trip for May Day holiday. First, we went horseback riding in Huailai in the morning, then drove about 30 minutes to the hotel. I messaged our butler, Cherry, beforehand with our arrival time, hoping for an immediate check-in, and everything went smoothly! The Crowne Plaza Family activities are more suited for younger children, so we didn't opt for a package. We enjoyed the rainbow slide, fishing, go-karts (a bit too childish, like playing house), and swimming. Although the pool is a bit short at 15m, it wasn't too crowded during the holiday, so there was plenty of space to swim. The bathrooms and changing rooms were quite clean. It would be even better if the dirty towels in the changing room could be cleared away promptly instead of piling up! At breakfast, cartoon characters enthusiastically greeted us at the entrance. Even though we're not little kids, we were still delighted – that emotional value was perfectly delivered! Who isn't a child at heart, right? The breakfast food was also good; I particularly enjoyed their rice noodles! I'd like to commend two hotel staff members we interacted with. One was Justin, who handled our check-in. He patiently explained the activities and provided guidance. The other was our butler, Cherry. Although she was very busy, she immediately helped resolve my issues as soon as she had a moment. Having butler service when booking through Ctrip is an excellent value-added service! We will definitely choose this hotel again when we go horseback riding in Huailai in the future!

The room was spacious and very clean. There were plenty of activities for the kids, and Mona and Vivi provided excellent and thoughtful service. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a wonderful time.

The environment is beautiful, with lush green lawns in the courtyard and a fishing pond. You can also participate in various craft activities for both adults and children. The swimming pool is free, and most importantly, the dining was unexpectedly good. The breakfast selection was just right, offering a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. For lunch, the à la carte pasta and soup were comparable in quality to a five-star hotel. This is an excellent hotel for a vacation.

This is our third time bringing the kids here, and a big thank you to Nathan at the front desk for arranging our room. This time we tried the hotel's dinner buffet, and the kids absolutely loved it! We're so grateful to Manager Han at the Western restaurant for getting the kids all sorts of food and drinks. The kids said they want to eat at this buffet again next time we stay. We had such a great time that my child fell asleep at noon. A huge thanks to Cherry at the front desk for granting us a late check-out, allowing us to wait until the child woke up, had milk, and had their diaper changed before we left. We're already looking forward to our next visit!
