i had an amazing stay here. all the staff were super friendly & helpful - even the cleaning staff. at no additional cost, the lady at the front desk upgraded my room to 1 that is bigger & has a window. the room is spacious, clean & comfortable. although my room was on the 2nd floor, i did not notice any noise coming from outside. the hotel is located within short distance to 2 different subway lines, stadiums (including the bird's nest), restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping malls. super value for money. would definitely stay here again.

Hidden stairway and no lifts so good luck to those with heavy luggage. Signages for rooms were confusing. Heard one guest complained about the noise from renovation work nearby and the staff asked them to take their case to the contractors😂The rooms were spacious, neat and tidy though.

Stayed here as it was near China National Convention Center. It’s clean and getting around is pretty easy. There is a convenient stall and a mrt station nearby. The staff are really friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that there is no lift to go up to the rooms but the staff helped with my luggage.

I have almost never given a bad review, but Zhejiang West really needs an objective evaluation 1. It is recommended that the hotel should not sell 8262. This room is at the staircase. It is small in size, but most importantly, everyone will pass by, and the sound insulation is very poor. At the same time, the hotel also puts materials at the staircase, which increases the probability of passing by. In addition, the access control on the first floor is not silent, and someone opens and closes it, which is extremely noisy. Not to mention the renovation of the hotel next door. 2. The internal facilities of the room are also average. The water pressure in the shower room is very low, and the bathroom lighting is poor. It can only be illuminated by the shaving mirror lamp. At the same time, the seal under the sink seems to be not done well, and there are flies (there are also flies when changing rooms the next day) 3. It happened to be a rainy day, and this room was particularly damp (I changed a room the next day, which was obviously much better) 4. At first, I booked the price of 554 a few months in advance, and when I checked in, I found that the price was actually 339. I don’t think this is entirely the hotel’s responsibility (because after all, I chose the price myself), but the customer experience is too bad. (If they see that I booked at a high price and upgraded me for free, they would not have a series of experience problems later.
