The hotel is nice and clean. Bed is comfy. It comes with early admission which allows to access Minion Theme zone and Harry Potters only. It’s only 2 glasses in the room of 4. City Walk has no convenient store around which if you extra required your personal item, you shall get nothing.

The best decision was to stay in this hotel in Beijing! You can rest in the middle of visiting the park.
The breakfast is delicious. Can meet some characters to take picture with.
Access to the park 1 hour earlier, than other visitors.
Clean, service is good, location is amazing.

Beautiful family hotel, the location could not be better! Straight at the door of the Universal Studios park, we have got an early entrance because we stayed at the hotel. You can enter the park at 8 am! The room was very clean and had everything you needed! Breakfast was yummy, good coffee and pastries as well! The staff was very helpful and spoke Englisch! We will definitely come back!

Excellent location, as guest you get 1hour prior entry which is a must i feel for all theme parks.. everything was perfect .. we loved our stay and thumbs up to BARRY who is working at the luggage department for helping us order food every night.
Service staff was mostly very helpful.

Excellent hotel, nice rooms. In the best location for Universal and none hour early access (not all the rides open at 8am). Room was really nice and spacious with Samsung TV for streaming. Room service had no charge. Still a lot of queues to drop-off bags and get into the parking the morning hut unbeatable location.
Could have done with a non-meet n greet breakfast, the grab n go only opens at 10 so no real breakfast options.

I had a wonderful night in Kungfu panda theme room booking via trip.com. The location of the hotel is exactly located inside the park. The room is spacious and decoration is theme relating and detailed. For the one who loves kung fu panda would enjoy movies list inside the room during stay. I really love kung fu panda bed, it looks really cute and amazing comfort. The buffet lines are so various and variety selection especially the big fan of Asian food like me. The struggling is only staff communication that was pretty hard because they are most speak Chinese.

Kids love the themed room & amenities! Worth it since it allowed us to enter the theme park an hour before the official opening!
Also we added the hotel breakfast upon check in for the meet and greet with Minion characters. Buffet is pretty decent with many variety.
