An absolutely fantastic experience! Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped with my luggage, even escorting me all the way to my room. The room itself was very clean. The airport shuttle service was super convenient, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge plus. The complimentary late-night snack was a thoughtful touch. Overall, the service was superb, and the facilities were very new.

We had a great stay at this hotel, especially if you need a place close to the airport. The rooms are new, fresh, and very clean with a modern renovation. Everything feels comfortable and well maintained. At check-in they even give small welcome gifts like drinks and fruit, which was a very nice touch. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a good variety of food and also hot dishes — everything was very tasty. There are also two very cute alpacas in the courtyard. You can go see them and even pet them, which makes the place feel extra special. Overall, a wonderful experience and a great option for staying near the airport.

Single person exclusive late-night buffet: The millet porridge was delicious.

Excellent! The hotel lobby is grand, and the staff are proactive in helping with luggage. We didn't get to eat the complimentary late-night snack, but it looked very thoughtful and clean. The wontons looked especially appetizing. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out. They offer airport transfers and helped us with our luggage again. I accidentally left something at the hotel, and after a quick call, the airport transfer vehicle brought it directly to the airport for me, double-checking the information multiple times. Thumbs up! I'll definitely stay here again next time! You can truly feel the dedication from everyone.

This hotel is conveniently located right next to the Capital Airport and even offers a shuttle service. The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The surroundings were quite peaceful. The bellboy was very enthusiastic, proactively helped with my luggage, and didn't leave until he had led me right to my room door. Thumbs up!

Very close to the airport, and they offer shuttle service – this is my second time staying here. The hotel service is excellent; as soon as we got out of the car, a polite young man immediately helped with our luggage. You can really feel how much thought the hotel puts into everything 🫰🏻. We stayed in Beijing for one night before flying internationally the next day. I spent a long time choosing this hotel on Trip.com and was very satisfied after checking in! The free airport shuttle service was excellent, and the driver helped with our luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel, a friendly lobby attendant also helped us with our suitcases. When checking in, the front desk saw we had a child and gave us a free upgrade to a family room, which made my child very happy. There are two alpacas in the restaurant's backyard, and they are super cute! The free late-night snack service was also a thoughtful touch! We opted to purchase the buffet breakfast when booking, and the breakfast selection was quite rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Aside from the large goose plush toy in the family room's tent looking a bit dirty, the sound of planes taking off in the morning, and the inability to turn off the backlights of the bedside buttons at night, the overall stay experience was very good. Later, when we were leaving, we noticed there were also a few restaurants not far from the hotel entrance. We would definitely come back again.

It's very close and convenient for an overnight layover, with a shuttle bus available. They even upgraded my room for free when I arrived late at night! They also gave me a small gift when I left.

The location is great, it's about a ten-minute drive to Capital Airport T2. They even upgraded my room for free when they saw I had a child with me. Upon check-in, they clearly registered all the information and informed me about the airport departure time for the next day.

I booked this hotel because I had an early flight. The hotel service was excellent! After landing and collecting my luggage, I contacted them and they immediately sent a car to pick me up. They also provided a shuttle to the airport at 5:30 AM. The hotel was very clean, and they not only gave a small gift but also provided drinks and fruit in the room, and the fruit was delicious – so thoughtful! I'll definitely choose this place again for future layovers with early morning flights!

From the airport pick-up, the staff were incredibly efficient, helping me with my luggage into the car, and then again when checking in at the hotel. The service was so friendly and made me feel very welcome. The room layout was well-designed, and it was spotlessly clean, plus there were welcome fruits and yogurt! I didn't have high expectations for breakfast; I just thought I'd grab a quick bite, but to my surprise, it was delicious and very clean! A really pleasant surprise! In the morning, I even got to feed alpacas, which were adorable! The staff here really provide excellent, friendly service. You can tell they put their heart into it, better than many hotels I've stayed at abroad! Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll definitely stay here again. Kudos to the hotel staff!
