There are also restaurants just to the right, so you don't have to go far for meals. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the stay was very comfortable. Although breakfast was not included, there are plenty of nearby dining options, which didn't affect the experience at all. It's a fantastic value for money!

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! We booked a room without a window around 10 PM. When we checked in, we were told we'd be upgraded to a window. It was a room right outside the lobby, with a sign saying "minors room" on the door. The room was so small, we had no place to sleep after putting our suitcases. We immediately went out and asked for an upgrade to our original room. They reluctantly gave us a room that was twice as expensive as all the "upgraded" rooms! And that was just the beginning! The room's ambiance and smell were unacceptable. There were frizzy hairs on the bath towels, no shower gel, only two open bottles of shampoo with hair tangled in them, and yellow stains on the bed. It was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned. The sheets and bath towels hadn't been changed. Adam checked out immediately and reported it to the front desk, who replied, "How do you want to handle this?" Of course I want a refund, but they told me that there is no way to refund it and they will give me a reply tomorrow. Then I contacted Ctrip, and after a long time, they said that I can get a refund but they will deduct 30 yuan from me, saying that the aunt needs to pay for cleaning. I have booked so many hotels when I went out to play, but this is the first time I have seen such a terrible "hotel".
