The experience was poor. The layout was convoluted and inconvenient for check-in. The overall room environment was okay, but the soundproofing was terrible. The next day, after cleaning, we found sunflower seed shells and a cigarette-smelling blanket on the sheets (we were out all day, only staying in the hotel at night, and neither of us smoked). It's unclear if the blankets had been replaced multiple times. When trying to resolve the issue, the room phone and both the Ctrip platform were unreachable (I don't know what the purpose of the listing was). After going to the front desk, they finally moved us to the next room, but took no further action. In short, the hotel's price-performance ratio is fair, but everything else is... well, let's just say it's terrible. I hope the hotel improves its management to avoid leaving customers with unpleasant experiences.
