The room was a little bit small for 3 people but comfy. The pillow and the bed was soft. The buffet breakfast was delicious and fast on refill. The staff was helpful.

This hotel is an absolute gem! It's very close to the metro station. Although the room was a bit small, it was super clean, and the service was excellent. There was even a lovely lady who helped me with my luggage. My only complaint is that the breakfast area is small and gets really crowded, making it hard to find a seat and a bit chaotic, which put a dampener on my mood.

Conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station, with easy access to major city attractions within half an hour. There are also two branches of the famous Beijing duck restaurant, Zizhuyuan, within walking distance. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and helpful, and they even provide disposable toiletries for children. Inside the room, you'll find a hotel amenity kit, and the fridge is stocked with ice water and coke. The breakfast is extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. When leaving the hotel, staff proactively offer small bottles of water. This is by far the best value-for-money hotel in the surrounding area.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Guangqumenwai subway station. It's clean and tidy, and the rooms are smart, featuring a 'Xiao Du' smart assistant. There's plenty of complimentary bottled water, and the mini-fridge even includes free Coke and Arctic Ocean soda. The front desk staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. Breakfast is abundant, and overall, it offers great value for money!

The hotel itself was so great!! The breakfast was delicious with different options each day and the laundry service was great too! A very nice lady helped us with the laundry, it has a large space for a whole garbage bag full of clothes and is also free!! There’s only 2 things to note: the 7th floor requires you to go up the elevator to the 6th floor and then take stairs to get to the 7th. That was okay for us, but keep that in mind if you or your family has anyone with limited mobility. The other thing is that our toilet gave us a few issues, such as the bidet stopped working after the first day and then the toilet stopped filling up with water for one evening. It eventually filled back up later on but we were a little bit panicked when it happened lol. The location doesn’t have much to offer directly around it, BUT if you cross the intersection, you will find all the food there!!! There’s 7/11, McDonalds, a delicious bakery, and many noodles & rice restaurants too! We sadly only found it on our last day there but definitely check it out! I added a picture of the bakery bag so you can go! The other photos are of breakfast, they have a wide variety of western and Chinese. If you want to stay outside of the city for easy access to the high speed rail and Universal Studios, then I definitely recommend this hotel! Universal Studios is on the same line that’s just a few minutes walk from the hotel, so it’s easy to access from here!

The room isn't huge, but it's pretty good. The hairdryer is a bit old, but it still works; it would be even better if they could replace it with a new one. The staff's service attitude was excellent, which is a big plus.

Facilities: Excellent, very comprehensive and fully functional. Hygiene: Spotless! Environment: Great location right by the subway entrance, making travel super convenient! Service: Outstanding, very comfortable experience. Thumbs up!

Let's talk about the positives first: Atour has always had great service, and this particular branch is conveniently located near the subway station, just two or three hundred meters away. The biggest drawback is how small the room is. Ctrip listed it as 25 square meters, but it's actually less than 20. The photos on Ctrip are particularly misleading; they're clearly false advertising for the premium room. In reality, there's nowhere even to put luggage, and there's no small table under the TV for personal items. You literally have to be careful not to bump into the TV when walking around!

The hostel was great and the staff was helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The location is excellent, and the room is clean and tidy. I'd especially like to commend Shi Zhijie; he's professional, polite, and genuinely attentive in all aspects of his service, which added a lot of warmth to our trip. It's great value for money, and I'd recommend it to friends.

The front desk staff were really enthusiastic, especially a few of the younger women. They were very polite when greeting guests, helped open doors, and even offered a cup of lemonade during check-in. The room wasn't large, but it was well-maintained and very clean. There was also free coke and Sprite in the mini-fridge. Since I was worried about convenience, I specifically asked for two room keys, and the front desk happily provided them. In between, I asked them to empty the trash and replenish tissues and water. The cleaning staff were very polite, spoke appropriately, and were quick and efficient. I had a great stay these past two days! There are also restaurants on the floor below and across the street. If you turn right out of the hotel and cross the intersection, you'll find Luckin Coffee, McDonald's, and 7-Eleven, which is very convenient!

Great location and incredibly friendly service! They even gave me a free bottle of water when I left and allowed for a late checkout. A special shout-out to the lovely young lady at the front desk – she was wonderful! They even gave me a small souvenir at the end. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.
