You arrived at 4:00 AM, expecting a quiet and restful stay, but were instead disturbed by wedding noise, housekeeping staff knocking on your door, and a clogged shower drain. We completely understand your frustration and exhaustion, and we offer no excuses. Regarding all the issues you mentioned, we have immediately implemented corrective measures: we have optimized our room allocation rules for guests arriving in the early morning, prioritizing quiet rooms away from activity areas; we have reiterated our room cleaning service standards, ensuring that we will never disturb guests arriving in the early morning without permission; and we have arranged for our engineering team to thoroughly inspect and unclog the shower drain in that room to prevent water accumulation. This experience completely fell short of our expected service standards, and we are truly ashamed.
