Hotel is good for us as used for family visit, convenience location. However there is no pathway entrance for wheelchair users which should be addressed for consideration.

7月18日上午10：46 房卡 開不了房間門，下樓到大廳問酒店服務人員鎖卡的原因，説是全季總部鎖卡。體驗極差！

非常差勁的一次出行住宿體驗
1、酒店衞生非常差，睡了兩天才發現床頭一塊黃的，被枕頭蓋住了，服務員打掃衞生打掃了兩天都沒發現且沒更換床單，還是特意去前台要求才換了
2、睡覺翻身，被子嘎吱嘎吱響，吵的睡不着，從來沒睡過這麼質量差的被子
3、房間通風系統差，每天打開衞生間的門，都是一股味道
4、有一天晚上幾乎一整夜沒睡着，外面在施工，打電話到前台，前台回覆他們也無能為力。表示很無語，不懂得怎麼維護顧客的權益。一晚沒睡好，非常影響第二天的出行。
5、根據北京相關規定不主動提供洗漱用品，每天去前台要，有天去要，前台回覆房間裏有牙膏，然後沒給我。回到房間一看，沒有。一晚上和第二天早上就用剩下的一點點牙膏將就了。
出行前，多家酒店選擇，特意選擇了全季，想着提升一下住宿品質，但是令我非常失望，無論是酒店本身的設施，管理水平，還是服務人員的服務內容以及服務質量，都不令人滿意。可以説是一次極其糟糕的住宿。
