Urba Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station Lize Business District)

The front desk service was fantastic. We were given a free room upgrade right upon arrival. The room was quite spacious and perfect for a vacation. Highly recommend, 5 stars! 👍

The experience was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, the hotel exterior is upscale and grand, and the room was clean and tidy with a super comfortable, soft bed. The bathroom was also odor-free. The front desk service was attentive and warm, and both check-in and check-out were very quick.

I chose this hotel's special twin room for its convenient location near the train station. Upon arrival, the front desk immediately upgraded me to a twin room with a window, which instantly made a great impression on me regarding their warm service. The room wasn't big but it was clean enough, the air conditioning was powerful, and the mattress offered good support, so I slept very comfortably. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, and the soundproofing wasn't ideal. In the morning, I was rushing to catch my train and left my phone in the room. I called the front desk, and they responded very promptly and helped me find it. By the time I walked a few hundred meters back to the front desk, they had already found it and were waiting for me. The hotel's enthusiastic service left a deep impression on me, and I genuinely applaud them from the bottom of my heart. This hotel is perfect for travelers on a layover; it's just over a kilometer from the West Station, and there are also commercial areas with food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. From my personal experience, you can choose this hotel with confidence! 👍👍👍
