Hampton by Hilton Beijing Fangshan

I stayed here for a business trip, and the location is excellent, making my commute and errands very convenient. Although the hotel is not in the downtown area, the natural scenery is also very good. You can see greenery when you open the window and the scenery when you go out. It is also very convenient to take a taxi.

Great hotel! The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and sent us to the room and helped us collect the express. The hygiene was strictly controlled. There was no dust in the room and no water stains on the washbasin. I brought my children and family here. The sofa bed in the room can be opened. I didn't expect the mattress of the sofa bed to be super comfortable. The staff was warm and thoughtful, and helped to store the luggage. Highly recommended

I went to Shouchuang Outlet and chose this one. The hotel has ground and underground parking lots, and there are many charging stations, which is very friendly to trams. The front desk service is warm and impressive. The location is a bit remote, and there is almost nothing around. The hotel facilities are a bit old, and the breakfast is a bit average compared to other Hampton Inns. The twin beds are on the shady side, and the room has a bit of moldy smell. Later, I changed to a king-size bed room on the sunny side, which is much better.

There is no odor in the bathroom and the mirror is also clean. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle. When did Hilton Group's quality control fall to this level? The shower was unbearable to look at, the towels and sheets were stained, and the wall paint was peeling. When I went to breakfast at 8:30, it was almost gone, and no one cleared the table. Guests complained one after another. I gave the service an extra star purely because the attitude of the service staff was acceptable, but the overall experience was still a negative point to discourage people from staying here.
