Crystal Orange Beijing Qianmen

Hygiene: The hotel room was very clean. Environment: It takes more than ten minutes to walk from the subway exit to the hotel. It was quite sunny dragging luggage to the hotel, with no shade along the way. The hotel's decor has a cool color scheme, which I wasn't particularly fond of. Service: The front desk staff were very polite. Facilities: The facilities are average. The hotel's lighting isn't great; it's quite dim and desolate from the lobby to the room corridors. The hotel's Wi-Fi is also not good. To connect to the Wi-Fi, you need to register as a HUAZHU member or use a mobile verification code. This gives the impression that the hotel is very arrogant, which is off-putting and uncomfortable, especially since it's 2026 and we're in the internet age.

The location is decent, right near Beijing South Railway Station, and the staff's service attitude was very good. However, the environment isn't great; it's quite old and dated inside. Even the control panel buttons still say things like "Paris Tokyo"... I didn't take photos of the room, so here are some pictures of the surroundings instead.

Environment: Quiet despite being centrally located, excellent location, very close to the subway entrance, convenient for transport, and easy to get a taxi. You can easily walk to attractions near Qianmen at any time. Service: Attentive, detailed, and enthusiastic.

The room is well-equipped, clean, and tidy. This is a designer hotel, and the room's design is very stylish and elegant. Every time I come to Beijing, I stay here. Their service is excellent, and I feel right at home; it's very cozy and comforting.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Any issues I raised with the front desk were promptly addressed. I truly felt at home. The room was cleaned efficiently and on time. The surrounding area is quiet, and it's just a 10-minute walk to Dashilar Commercial Street, which is great for a stroll anytime. There are many old-brand shops and plenty of food options. After visiting Guangdelou, I felt refreshed. Local breakfast spots near the accommodation are very convenient, and the hutong culture is also a great experience. It's truly convenient for everything, making it a highly recommended choice! 👏👏👏👏👏👏

I originally booked for 3 days but checked out after just one night to switch to another hotel. The environment was poor, and the facilities were very outdated. I've stayed at Orange Crystal before, but this one was truly disappointing. To make matters worse, there were even small bugs on the bed, which terrified my child. This is an honest review, just a heads-up to avoid this place.
