Surprisingly a very good hotel, no worse and in some places even better than many popular chains in China

Facilities: The family suite we booked has a dinosaur theme that the kids love. There are toiletries and slippers for kids. The room is fully intelligent and the whole family said it was very convenient. Hygiene: Very clean, the kids can run around and play without any dust. Environment: The hotel is in the Grand Canal Park, and it is very convenient to travel. It takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the Sanxingdui Museum. There is Apeiron Children's Park to the east, and a free children's park to the west, which is very suitable for taking kids out. Service: The service attitude is very good, and they respond promptly when needed. They also help extend the nap time for the kids when they overstay. It was a very good stay experience.

I don't know where the good reviews of the hotel come from. For such a high hotel price, I stayed in the worst 4-diamond hotel. 1. There were fleas in the room. Fortunately, I killed one. Alas, I was itchy all over the night. 2. The room smelled of formaldehyde. The furniture was made of multi-density board, which was volatile all the time. It was better to open the window, but after opening the window, it was close to a road outside, and there was a constant flow of traffic. The noise kept me awake all night. 3. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was actually closed. See the attached picture. 4. The hotel service was poor. When I asked for two room cards, they said they didn't have any cards! I stayed for two consecutive days, but the room card couldn't open the door on the second day! I booked a room with breakfast, but when I was eating breakfast, they said I didn't make a reservation and asked me to go to the front desk to ask. Speechless! 5. The most criticized thing is the breakfast. For such an expensive breakfast price, and 4 diamonds, there was not even a fresh fried egg. I had to wait 15 minutes after the noodles were served. The waiter slowly broke a bowl into two bowls. The plates were not cleaned, and there were residual rice stubbles. There were few varieties. The two fried dishes were yellow. I highly suspected that they were the leftovers from lunch the day before. It's not worth the price. 6. There is no place to eat around the hotel. It costs more than 20 yuan to take a taxi from the subway. The most speechless thing is that the car arrives opposite the hotel and has to turn around 500 meters ahead, which costs an extra 3 yuan for the taxi. You can imagine the hotel management ability of the hotel owner!

There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios, one person goes back and forth in the morning and evening, but in addition to accommodation, you can only enjoy it if you buy breakfast. There are three kinds of drinks in the service area, and two kinds of tea are placed on the induction cooker. If you don’t turn on the switch, the tea is cold. The check-in time is marked on the Internet at 15:000, and the reply after the actual inquiry is that you will be called after the cleaning is done. In fact, the staff started to clean up at 8 o'clock in the morning after check-out, 4*9=36 rooms, and there was no call at 14:00. When placing an order, I used points to buy the delayed check-out service, which should be marked when receiving the order, but I checked at more than 11 o'clock the next day, and I still didn’t know The restaurant has a small amount of food, slow service, untidy, and the packaging boxes are placed randomly.

The room is generally OK, the room is large, relatively new, and there is free parking, which is cost-effective. It is relatively close to Beijing Universal Studios, about 8 kilometers, and it is convenient to go to Universal Studios. There is a tennis court downstairs, which is charged. It is convenient for those who like tennis.

The room was quite good, but the air conditioner was a bit noisy at night, and the minibar was also noisy. The engineering department needs to check it out. Fortunately, my child and I were tired, so we didn't care too much. I took my child to Universal Studios and chose a relatively close hotel. There were no other facilities around the hotel, so I had to take a taxi to eat, which was about 3 kilometers away. The hotel staff were all very good, including the check-in lady and the room service lady. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the breakfast. I went there at 8 o'clock, and there was nothing to eat, and most of it was pre-made, so I didn't have much desire to eat.
