All Seasons Hotel (Beijing South Railway Station North Square) Reviews

We came during pouring rain and the drop off lobby has no shelter so it was a bit wet. About 10 minutes to Beijing South station which was convenient. Our room was on high floor. It was clean and comfortable. Most importantly there was no cigarette smell. A lot of bottled water given in the room, staff was kind to give us extra during checkout. Free coffee machine in the lobby.

All good. Early check in available we checked in at 12pm. Spacious room.

Room was nice with a comfy bed. Free bottled water was also included. Breakfast is only chinese food.

Conveniently located near Beijing South with a taxu but a bit far from the metro otherwise

Good hotel and good facilities. However, the subway station closest to this hotel is currently closed so it's not in a very good location and we either had to walk a long distance or take a taxi to get to the subway.

It is very close to the train station, so it is not easy to be late for the train. But it is a little far away so it is not noisy. The transportation is not very convenient. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the station, and it feels very close to take a taxi. The distance is a bit awkward. The overall check-in is quite comfortable. The check-in is all electronic and it was completed in 2 minutes.

Booked a room, but upon arrival they told me I had to pay extra, or they would downgrade the room type. Booked a 23-square-meter room, but it was downgraded to less than 20 square meters including the bathroom. I had to pay 50 yuan extra to upgrade, which included breakfast + late check-out until 14:00. However, they called at 11:30 the next day to ask if I wanted to stay longer, and they kicked me out at 12:00.

A very bad stay experience. This is the first bad review of Ctrip after using it for more than ten years. I seriously doubt that the good reviews of the hotel are fake. The room was always buzzing at night and I couldn't sleep. The waiter's attitude in handling complaints was perfunctory. I asked not to have a side room, but the room I changed to was still a side room, and it was a very noisy side room. It is close to the road and the sound insulation is very poor. People with poor sleep should book carefully!
