The free parking was a major plus, and the room was spotless. I absolutely love JI Hotel! The staff noticed I hadn't woken up yet and thoughtfully offered a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM. Their service was outstanding.

Room was small but clean and bed was comfortable. The room came with complimentary bottled water and a plate of fruit. The design of the room was modern with smart technology. I stayed on the 17th floor and found the shower to be quite weak. But everything else was pretty good. The only true negative was breakfast - I went past 9 and quite a number of dishes were no longer supplied. Also no more cups for coffee. Some tables and floor weren't cleaned.

We came during pouring rain and the drop off lobby has no shelter so it was a bit wet. About 10 minutes to Beijing South station which was convenient. Our room was on high floor. It was clean and comfortable. Most importantly there was no cigarette smell. A lot of bottled water given in the room, staff was kind to give us extra during checkout. Free coffee machine in the lobby.

Good hotel and good facilities. However, the subway station closest to this hotel is currently closed so it's not in a very good location and we either had to walk a long distance or take a taxi to get to the subway.

The Four Seasons Hotel is conveniently located near Taoran Bridge. The front desk agent, Xiao Song, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The lobby is elegant. The room was clean and comfortable. (Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of the room.) The breakfast was also very good. This was a fantastic experience! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again.
