This is my second time staying at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, right next to Chaoyang Joy City, making it super convenient whether you're taking a taxi or the subway. The hotel itself is very clean, and I especially appreciated how spotless the bathroom was. The bedding was comfortable, too. A really cool feature is their robot delivery service for takeout orders – it's both secure and convenient. This visit, they even surprised us with some complimentary snacks, which was a lovely gesture. Overall, the service was excellent.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Chaoyang Joy City. The front desk staff and the manager provided excellent service, and kindly upgraded me to a superior room. This room was incredibly spacious, estimated to be over 60 square meters, and the bathroom featured a bathtub and, to my surprise, even a steam room! The value for money was excellent. On check-out day, the manager even went above and beyond to help deliver my luggage to my car (even though I wasn't on-site at the hotel), which I greatly appreciate! I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is superb, right by the subway, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The staff were wonderful; from helping with my luggage to greeting me with warm smiles, their service was truly impressive. The room was spacious, and the large bed was perfect for instant recovery after a long day. The smart robot delivering packages directly to the room was an added bonus for convenience. Overall, my stay this time was absolutely fantastic.

We stayed for a total of 8 nights. The front desk, seeing we were a family (2 adults, 2 children), generously upgraded us to a family room free of charge. While the upgrade was appreciated, the room's window unfortunately faced an inner wall. Additionally, on our sixth night, the air conditioning in our room suddenly broke down. However, the overall hotel service was excellent. The staff were very responsive, promptly fixing the AC and demonstrating a great service attitude. It offers good value for money and I definitely recommend it! 👍

Service: Right from the moment we arrived, the security guard was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, assisting us with our luggage. It was a fantastic first impression! The front desk staff were also very warm and welcoming, and both check-in and extending our stay were handled swiftly. We encountered a couple of minor issues in our room, but they were quickly resolved, and we were even given a thoughtful souvenir. Facilities: While the decor might have a bit of an older feel, it exudes a timeless quality, offering the classic experience of an established star hotel. The hotel breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was impeccable. Whenever we needed anything replenished, the housekeeping staff were quick to respond, and rubbish was cleared promptly.

Just had a brief one-night stopover here. It was my first time at this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional at every turn. They not only upgraded my room and offered a welcome gift, but also thoughtfully provided slippers and toiletries for the children. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the location is incredibly convenient, being less than a 5-minute walk from Chaoyang Joy City Metro Station. A fantastic experience overall, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel location is great, it is just cross the street from the nearest metro station. Next to the station there is a huge shopping mall and its got everything you need right there steps away from the hotel. The room size is large and so is the bathroom. However, I dislike the room for one reason, it is out-dated. Out-dated furniture with old carpet that makes the room dull and dirty. The price is a bit high especially it is a bit further away from the tourist attractions.

The room was clean and tidy, the hotel service was excellent, and the location was fantastic – being very close to the subway made getting around incredibly convenient. However, labeling this a 'family room' is quite a stretch. It was merely a standard double room with an additional fold-out bed, which felt very makeshift. To list it as a 'family room' on booking platforms like Ctrip for customers to choose from feels rather disingenuous. While the photos provided by the hotel on the platform were accurate, it's definitely not a family room! An extra bed is simply that – an extra bed; it's a completely different offering. Moreover, there were too few power outlets in the room, particularly on both sides of the bed.

The location is fantastic and very easy to find. We took a taxi from Chaoyang Railway Station on the evening of our arrival, which was only a 3.2 km ride. Joy City shopping mall is directly opposite, and Qingnian Road Metro Station (Line 6) is also right there, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The hallways were very quiet at night. The hotel's ground floor restaurant serves a buffet breakfast in the mornings. Since I was traveling with my mom and child, we opted for the breakfast-included package. Plus, there's Ziguan Garden restaurant about 500 meters away, perfect for dining in or ordering takeout.

The hotel is nice and clean, maybe a bit old fashioned furniturewise. Nice personnel, perfect location near the Joy City mall and super close to line 6 Qingnian lu station.

The Hotel location is very convenient. Hotel service was good and breakfast was delicious. Mr.Han Zimo manager of the hotel was very kind and helpful. We forgot at the hotel room eyeglass’s case, and he sent the item to Shanghai. It was on time at Shanghai hotel 6 days later after check-out. I recommend that hotel to everyone who’s traveling to Beijing. Also near the hotel located very comfortable spa sauna Tanyue.

The location was good, near the metro station (Qiangnian Lu Exit B) and Jpy City Mall. We used translate app to communicate and it’s fine with them. They even help us get taxi to Chaoyang Railway Station.

Compact good hotel. There are all the necessary amenities. The big disadvantage is that there is a very strong smell of cigarette smoke
