True GO Hotel xiyuan (Qianmen Square, Tiananmen Square, Beijing)

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also close to various attractions and very accessible to the subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in process, and they thoughtfully provided recommendations for local sights. I was also very pleased with the room's cleanliness; everything was spotless, including the floors and surfaces. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room had great natural light. A fantastic feature was the smart room system, allowing me to control all amenities with just a voice command (via 'Xiao Du'). The soundproofing was also quite good. Complimentary bottled water was available in the lobby, and the staff even reminded me to take some when heading out, plus they kindly provided fresh fruit. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. There were no downsides at all, making it perfect for both short trips and longer stays. It truly lives up to its price. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended to everyone! Plus, there's a fantastic snack street right outside the hotel, offering all sorts of authentic Beijing specialties, which is super convenient.

This hotel is tucked away in a hutong behind Qianmen, and its location is absolutely fantastic. You can easily walk to Dashilar and Qianmen Street, with all sorts of historic brands and snack shops right outside your door, offering a truly lively atmosphere. It's also very close to Tiananmen Square, making it incredibly convenient for watching the flag-raising ceremony and visiting attractions. Despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet inside. The rooms are clean and tidy, and overall, I had a great stay. I highly recommend choosing this place when visiting Beijing.

The hotel's location is great, close to the Dashilar area. The room facilities are also decent, and the front desk staff are warm and attentive. The hotel also provides disposable toiletries, and there are even some complimentary snacks in the room.

The room isn't huge, but it was just enough for two adults and two children! Our window faced the street, so we could hear people chatting both at night and in the morning! The hotel is located in Qianmen Dashilar, with restaurants everywhere as soon as you step out! You can find everything from Douzhi to roast duck, and popular spots require taking a number and waiting in line – there are even scalpers selling numbers! It's also close to Tiananmen Square, but definitely *don't* book entrance through Gate 7, as you'll have to navigate through many winding barriers and corridors! The service was impeccable, and the hotel amenities were very clean! The public restrooms outside often had queues because of all the tourists, but overall, it was a unique and rather good experience! The hotel was great! The owner and staff were super friendly and approachable, not like the stiff, impersonal service you sometimes get at big chain hotels. It felt really comfortable. Goodbye, Beijing – a city I've been connected to for 20 years. I probably won't be coming back unless there's a specific reason.

Any requests we had during our stay were handled promptly, making us feel right at home even though we were far away. They even helped deliver our luggage to our room door every day. We had a comfortable stay with thoughtful service, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing for business or leisure!

The hotel's location is excellent. The guy at the front desk is very handsome, and the young lady is also very pretty. High颜值 (high aesthetic appeal), this hotel provides great service. It feels like a place run by young people who really understand design and service.
