The room was clean and tidy, which was fine. However, the soundproofing of the door was terrible; I could hear everything happening outside clearly. I was woken up three times during the night. The breakfast was so bad, even a monk wouldn't break their vows to eat it – it's definitely not worth paying for. Most of the staff had an indifferent attitude.

The room was spacious and the hotel service was excellent. They picked up the phone immediately when I called from the airport, so I didn't have to wait long. The airport shuttle departed on the hour, and they even offered free transfers to the safari park. The driver was punctual and professional, and he proactively helped with my luggage. Overall, I really commend the hotel's service.

I've stayed at several hotels around Daxing Airport, and the Radisson is definitely the best overall experience. The location is a clear advantage, and the shuttle service is very reliable, saving the hassle of taxis back and forth. The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the bed is just the right firmness, leading to excellent sleep quality. The hygiene is on point, with no unpleasant odors. The breakfast tastes good, and the late-night snack service is a thoughtful touch. Michael at the front desk provided attentive and excellent service. It's perfect whether you're transiting overnight or just staying for a short while. Definitely five stars.

Extremely satisfied! The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is excellent. They have a free shuttle every half hour, 24/7, specifically for large airports. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Terminal 4, Gate 3 at Daxing Airport. The room was very clean, haha, excellent, excellent, very satisfied. I'll definitely stay at Beijing Yuanhang Garden Hotel again next time I'm at Daxing Airport. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel in Beijing with such great value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Beijing. The bathroom is spacious, with a separate wet and dry area, and even a smart heated toilet. Two buffet breakfasts are included, and it's also close to the subway station, just a ten-minute walk away.

Honestly, the hotel reception wasn't great. They weren't welcoming or efficient, and I had to wait in line for ages. Deliveries and takeaways just pile up on the table, and once it's full, they get put on the floor. No one even sends a robot to bring it up; you have to go downstairs yourself and practically rummage around on the floor to find your food (yesterday someone even had their order taken by mistake). The air conditioning in the hotel is broken, so it's hot and humid. Usually, when I'm back in Beijing, I don't stay in hotels, but I made an exception to accompany someone this time and it was a total bust. The only good thing worth mentioning is the 24-hour shuttle bus service to and from Daxing Airport, running every half an hour.

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the room has a good lighting view, and the bathroom is dry and wet without smell. The quality of the spare parts is very good and the water pressure is sufficient. The public areas are also well organized, and the security is in place to live in peace of mind. It is suitable for business trips.

I've lost count of how many times I've been here. This time, I came with the kids and we stayed in a bay window room. Unfortunately, all these room types are on the second floor, so you can't see airplanes like the front desk said you could. There's another world waiting for you on the second floor, accessible from the lobby – it's comparable to a Zhongshuge bookstore, or perhaps even better. It's very quiet and perfect for some peaceful reading, though most guests are probably in too much of a hurry to discover it. The creative toys and souvenirs on the first floor are also quite interesting. It was with the kids that I learned the hotel also offers Nintendo Switch rentals, but unfortunately, the hotel staff couldn't get the device to work properly. The showers in the pool and gym were quite dirty and not cleaned promptly. Breakfast was plentiful, but it was very crowded. Cutlery wasn't replenished quickly enough, and the dining tables and plates weren't cleaned properly.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions. The room was also very clean, and the TV had screen mirroring, so the facilities were excellent. The check-in experience was fantastic. There are restaurants nearby, and transportation is very convenient. It was a wonderful trip, and I'll definitely stay here again if I come to Beijing! 👍👍👍
