Hua Yi Properties in Beijing

Generally, the hotel is ok for one night. The room is clean but not very modern. It is far from the metro so I do not recommend it for travelers who would like to look around the city. Only one receptionist spoke English a bit, but she was not present there all the time. I used translator on my phone to communicate with other receptionists. They kindly provided me with the transfer to the airport early in the morning.

The hotel is located in the northwest corner of Tianjie, and the surrounding area is quiet. Stayed for two nights, one smart and one non-smart. It feels better to have a non-smart experience. The front desk service is responsible for patiently answering questions.

The best decision I made on this trip was choosing to stay here. The hotel is right next to the subway station, so convenient! We arrived at the front desk at 9:30 am, but the room type we booked was unavailable. The front desk upgraded us to a different room and helped us check in. First, a shout-out to the slim and lovely receptionist! The room was very clean and comfortable. The room's decor was clearly up to the hotel's standards, and the central air conditioning was excellent. The room was spotlessly cleaned every day for the second and third nights. Although the hotel's description didn't mention a laundry room, I was pleasantly surprised to find one upon arrival. Thumbs up for the excellent service! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the subway station, with many delicious restaurants nearby. The room is clean and tidy, with good lighting, soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent sound insulation. I slept very well at night. We brought our child to Beijing Children's Hospital for treatment, and our flight arrived at Capital Airport at 10 PM. I specifically booked this hotel because it's very close to the subway station. When we got to the hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly kind. Seeing that the three of us are quite tall, they upgraded us to a family room with one 1.8m king-size bed and one 1.2m single bed. We slept very comfortably; the bedding was spotless and the mattress was great. I'm very satisfied. It's also close to the subway station, so the next morning we just hopped on the subway right outside and it was only one stop to the Children's Hospital. It was so convenient! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Breakfast don’t to high expectation Bed and Pillow nice Cleanliness ok but can be better

The room smells very very very bad, the bathroom smells very disgusting, the clothes hanging on the hangers are all smelly from the sewer, but the front desk service attitude is very good. Although it was repaired, it still smelled all night. If you mind the smell, choose carefully. The soundproofing is not very good, and the sound of water running next door is very loud
