Jianguo Hotel Properties in Beijing

An old hotel, and I stayed in the old wing. The facilities aren't new, but it definitely has character. The lobby has a warm color scheme, and the public areas are elegantly decorated. The front desk and restaurant staff provide standardized service, and the breakfast selection is comprehensive. The Sanbaole Bakery, with its long history, opens early. There are also Chinese and Western restaurants, as well as a bar.

This time I stayed in a duplex suite. It was clean and tidy, with a unique layout. The hotel also features a fresh air system and air purifiers to ensure air quality. The second floor has a private balcony with a view of the China Zun building. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and there's a garden landscape with a pond. Getting around is convenient; the subway station is right outside the hotel. It truly lives up to its reputation as a well-established star-rated hotel. I'll definitely be back to experience it again. Thanks for the hotel's service!

Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and I was even lucky enough to get a free upgrade to a deluxe king room. The hotel is ideally located, making it very convenient to visit all the major attractions. Plus, they have robots delivering meals, which was a really novel and interesting experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I had an excellent night's sleep. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this stay and would definitely choose this hotel again given the opportunity. Thank you! ❤️

Ball boy FU ChunJie took me with my luggage from hotel to subway. It took 15 mins walk. So nice was he. Hotel was clean and spacious

This hotel's location near Chang'an Avenue and the Metro Line 1 is incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with direct subway access to many famous attractions. It's just one stop to Wangfujing and two stops to Tiananmen Square, which is a big plus! The stay was comfortable, and the food was delicious. Booking a room with breakfast was definitely the right choice – the buffet was extensive and great for kids. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The room even had a vanity area and heating, which was fantastic! I'd happily stay here again next time. 😊

The hotel's location is quite close to Hufangqiao subway station. There's a Peking Opera museum, and someone was even playing an instrument during my stay. It feels like the hotel is managed to a certain star rating, but the service was just average, not very welcoming at all. When checking in, they didn't even ask if I needed toiletries, even though they don't provide them proactively anymore, they could still ask, right? They also left the bath mat directly in the bathtub, which felt really unhygienic. Even if the space is small, hygiene should still be a priority. They could roll it up and place it next to the tub or something.

I have to give a thumbs up! There was a smoky smell in the room from the previous guest before I checked in. I reported the issue and they immediately helped me switch rooms. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the whole process, and the room was bright and really comfortable!

Business and executive king rooms are not very big, about 20 to 30 square meters, but they are located along Chang'an Avenue, with a super convenient location, so you don't need a bicycle, haha. Although it has the shadow of an old state-owned enterprise, the service is very considerate and helped me upgrade. Thank you very much!

The hotel offers practical and convenient amenities like a self-service laundry room and a mini-market, which are perfect for daily needs, especially for long-term travelers. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making for a pleasant and stress-free stay. I was even upgraded to an executive suite, which I was very happy about. The hotel is also very close to Universal Studios, and my room was large with a very quiet environment.
