Every year, I stay here for about a week. The lobby staff always proactively open car doors and help with luggage, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The cleaning ladies are also very kind and polite. I've gotten used to staying here over the years. However, a small incident this time slightly impacted my experience.
It happened to be the hotel's anniversary that day. We brought a few friends who were staying at nearby hotels back to ours. We even participated in the anniversary celebration in the lobby, posing for photos and videos with the staff. Back in our room, we were cooking and forgot to turn on the range hood, which set off the smoke alarm. Two staff members, a man and a woman, came to investigate. The man had a very stern expression. He walked into our room with rather dirty shoes and no shoe covers, went straight to the dining area, and started taking photos. Everyone in our group always changes into slippers upon entering to maintain the room's cleanliness. We quickly explained to them that we had just been cooking and forgotten to turn on the range hood. However, the man's expression remained displeased, and his attitude made us feel like we had committed some major offense, almost like we were being interrogated. Seeing four guests in the room, we quickly explained that only two of us were officially checked in. The guests hadn't gone to the front desk to register that day because of the ongoing event in the lobby, so they had just headed straight up to the room.
The next day, we brought up the incident with the front desk, and they very politely apologized to us. We hope that in the future, other relevant departments will receive better training, and staff will not treat guests as if they are reprimanding criminals.

## Facilities:
Every detail was excellent. For the three-bedroom suite, I suggest placing some slippers in the walk-in closet. I searched for a long time and finally found them in the wardrobe near the entrance. The furniture choices in the room were great, making it very relaxing and atmospheric.
## Hygiene:
The hygiene details were very well-maintained; it was extremely clean, and there were no strange odors or debris on the sofa.
## Service:
The front desk staff member who checked me in was very kind and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated and was a pleasant surprise.
## Environment:
The room was clean, cozy, and odor-free, and the window ventilation was also good—excellent overall.
Overall, it was superb and offered extremely high value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Beijing. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a tissue box in the living room as well. Oh, and the gentleman at the entrance was very warm and proactive, offering much better service than many other hotels. I hope he gets a bonus (literally, 'add chicken drumsticks to him' - a Chinese idiom for giving a bonus or reward)!
