It was my first time to stay at Kaisa. I had a very good experience. The location is convenient. The room is more spacious than a hotel. The kitchen and bathroom facilities are all available. You can wash clothes and cook. It feels like home when traveling with the children. The sewer in the shower room of the room we checked in on the first day was clogged. The front desk opened a separate room next door for us to take a shower in the evening. They also arranged a free upgrade and room change the next day. The service was very considerate and thoughtful. The robot is also very effective in delivering food and express delivery. You don't need to go downstairs to deliver it to the door of your room.

I’ve stayed in loads of hotels in China, and never bothered to give a review because you’d expect good service and a clean room. On this occasion all the staff were on point. They were friendly and helpful, no fakery. They genuinely wanted the best for their guests. One outstanding member of staff named Lucy, went above and beyond to help me to get transport and Covid tests. She actually took me to each place and helped me register for the metro station. The best stay in a hotel ever because they’re real people, and not because it’s just a job.Thank you Lucy and all of the staff. You’re awesome.

We recently stayed here for two nights whilst getting married in Beijing, to say we were treated is an understatement. Our room was upgraded as soon as the lovely staff heard about the occasion; they’d organized for some beautiful decorations to be laid out on our bed and instantly we knew we’d made the right decision. The following day after our marriage ceremony we had an incredible afternoon tea in The Lounge. But, before this two incredible employees (Daisy and Barbie) helped us take some wedding day pictures around the hotel, they made us feel so welcome and important, they suggested brilliant places to take pictures around the grounds and we took a couple with them too so we could remember the experience. We went out for a meal that evening and expected to come back to our beautiful hotel room and enjoy some champagne our friends had bought us. Upon return we were blown away, the staff had laid out the most beautiful arrangement in our hotel room, with printed and framed pictures that Barbie and Daisy had taken earlier in the day, a bottle of champagne on ice, a cheese and meat platter and most thoughtfully, a hand written card signed by all of the front of house staff. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more, they made our trip incredibly memorable and every moment in their staff’s presence was a pleasure. Thank you to all of the staff at the Ritz-Carlton Beijing! It was my very first overseas travel with my mom. Location is the best cause it is near to Dawanglu Station which is easy to travel around Beijing. Also, they helped me a lot. Room was so clean and comfortable as feel as my home.
