Ramada Properties in Beijing

We arrived late in Beijing and chose to stay at Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Airport, mainly because of its convenient airport shuttle service. Arranging the shuttle was easy and fast, making the arrival process smooth. Unfortunately, I accidentally injured myself while loading my luggage onto the shuttle bus. When we reached the hotel, the front desk staff — Erik Zhao and Lucy Tang — were incredibly helpful. After hearing what happened, they immediately offered emergency assistance, providing bandages and a medication spray to ease the pain. Despite it being late at night, they even helped us order food delivery. Their kindness and attentiveness genuinely stood out. The hotel itself is simple and functional, but the rooms are huge, clean, and very comfortable — even the bathroom was impressively spacious. What truly made the stay memorable was the exceptional service. Although we only stayed for one night, it ended up being the best hotel experience of the entire trip. A great choice if you need accommodation near the airport.

1. Parking is convenient, check-in is fast, the room is comfortable, and the surrounding environment is quiet. We travel with the elderly, and it is also very quiet. 2. The hotel service is very good and enthusiastic. The staff summer service attitude is particularly good, responding to everything, no matter how big or small. When we were trapped in the gym in the heavy rain that night, they arranged a shuttle bus to pick us up back to the hotel as soon as possible, which was very considerate. 3. The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is excellent, enthusiastic, efficient, and responsive. Mainly, we bring the elderly to see a doctor. The hotel will also communicate with us in advance about the room type. The wheelchair service and the overall service are very satisfactory!
