Great services and staffs are very helpful with our need. Location of hotel is best as it located within 5min walking distance from Metro line 2 and Metro line 8 which connected to many tourist places. Hotel interior design is superb and the room is great with heated floor , smart toilet seat, etc. self service laundry is provided as well which is a plus. Again kudos to hotel staff including kitchen staff for their service and their friendliness as well.

Great hotel in a fantastic location in the Shichahai area, in a Hutong in Beijing. Despite the cool but confusing name (also known as Shichahai Shadow Performance Hotel on Google Maps!), it is a really friendly place. The staff are all really helpful- Seven speaks fluent English and is great at sorting stuff out; Prince, Lily, Joli and Amy speak English using a great translator phone app, which is fine for basic communication. But best of all (and a surprise to me), is that they have a Shadow Puppet show in the evening at 8pm in the small central theatre shaped atrium. It's free for residents. Don't miss this. It's a dying art, and the hotel has local shadow puppetmaster Mr Wang there every day. I'll definitely be going back the next time I'm in Beijing. Loved it!
