The location is nice, the rooms are quite large and clean. I just don't think it's right for the hotel to charge a parking fee.

It's OK. It's average.

The price is not high, the service is too bad.

This hotel is top notch and highly exceeded my expectations. First of all the location is ideal in Ain Almraiseh only a few minutes walk from the waterfront, Zaitouna Bay and the cafes and restaurants of downtown Beirut. The staff were extraordinary without exception and provided a truly amazing courteous and friendly service. I would like to mention Hadi Hamdan, Rita and Marc from the reception. Ms Ilam in the restaurant was the epitome of a smiling service and went out of her way to provide me everything I needed during my daily breakfasts. Also Aziz and Youssef from the restaurant were equally good. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. I often ordered room service which was prompt and tasty ( I just wish the limited menu was more extensive). Marina the housekeeping supervisor and her staff kept my room sparkling clean. My room was spacious with a working desk, a comfortable king bed and a bathroom with all the amenities you need and a rain shower. Mineral water was stocked in the room daily in addition to a kettle and free tea and coffee. I just wish the hand held shatafa was stronger in the bathroom. The hotel has what must be Beirut's most beautiful indoor pool with a Roman empire motif and a perfect pool temperature. All in all a perfect stay.

Great Location, amazing staff. Very safe neighborhood. Steps from Mediterranean Sea. Lobby area very nice. Rooms clean, and smelling nice. From housekeeping to front desk, staff is friendly helpful and happy to assist with anything you need. I only had snacks here, which were included with lounge access. I ate at other restaurants outside.

Great customer service well mannered Hadi the receptionist looked after us and helped us with our great joinery to Lebanon. The location is perfect near dry cleaning, grocery shopping, barber shops, zaytona bay were all the beautiful restaurants are.

A wonderful team, they are smiling all the time and ready to fulfill any request or service. Rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. Hadi, Hussein and Rita are exceptional staff.

Special thanks to Hadi for all his help and patience throughout our stay! He always had a smile on his face whenever I walked into reception, made me feel very welcome.. Great location. Hotel is walkng distance to all the hot spots. I will definitely be back.

Loved our stay . Staff treated us like family. Particularly Ali in the lobby . So respectful and nice . Overall very happy with all at the staff at the Radisson Blu from all in the reception and the restaurant , bar , security and the bellman, will definitely recommend and stay again .

It was a good experience the staff are so friendly and everything was amazing and the services are great they helped us a lot especially hussein and zeina mukheiber the hotel is lucky to have employees like them I recommend this hotel for everyone

Excellent hospitality and flexibility special thanks to the front desk team Hadi & Adam, they were really tolerable to my questions and helpful Also the place is not far from downtown and 5 min by car to all interests in Beirut like Mar Mikael and el hamra street

I took 70 meters room we were 3 had the best experience i ever had in a hotel they even gave me till 7 pm room extension due to a flight delay i even offered to pay for it and they insisted its for free great location rooms are clean and they gave me a free valet parking
