Mir Amin Palace

We visited the restaurant at Mir Amir Palace Hotel in Lebanon which is located about 1 hour from Beirut . The restaurant is located at the entrance , indoor and outdoor seating located among the most beautiful forest in Chouf. We had a set menu for breakfast made of Foul, Labneh, olives, different type of jams . Fresh mini manakish , zaatar, Kishk, and cheese . Added with fresh cheese platter. The service is top class by manager on duty Ghazi who made sure all is served fresh and on time . Special appreciation to Ghazi and the two waiters who are Punctual and properly trained .. I highly encourage every Lebanese and tourist who is close to nature, good taste and wonderful atmosphere to visit Mir Amir Palace hotel .

Quality of service was impeccable. The staff are incredibly helpful, nice, responsive and respectful. We would like to thank Mr. Ghazi as well for his support, service and attention. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a getaway in the mountains. Would come again for sure

Stayed here while visiting our family in the area. The rooms and bedding were very clean and the staff very attentive and friendly. Great food, fresh, authentic and tasty. The area is safe, dramatic scenery but take care on the roads and give way!

This former 19th-century palace has been meticulously restored, preserving its authentic charm while providing modern comforts. The rooms reflect the rich heritage of the region, and the staff is exceptionally warm and attentive. The palace's restaurant serves delectable Lebanese cuisine, with ingredients sourced locally, adding to the authenticity of the experience. The serene gardens and panoramic terraces provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection. Highly recommended.

Was trying to book 1 room for my husband, me and our 1 year old but the hotel refused and asked us to book 2 rooms instead of one. I explained again that my child is 1 year old only and they cut me off rudely by saying even so. "You need yo book another room as per our policy". Extremely disappointing from such a renowned place.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the experience I recently had at your restaurant. As a loyal patron, I have always enjoyed the ambiance and cuisine of your establishment, but my recent visit left much to be desired. Firstly, let me address the issue of seating. Upon arrival, my party and I were seated in an area that was notably uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Sun was all over the place , we were seated next to the Charcoal Igniting area , No view of the valley or mountains , but the only view we had was the kitchen door and bathroom windows Furthermore, the quality of the food served was far below the standard I have come to expect from your restaurant. The dishes were presented in a haphazard manner , been sitting in the sun for a period of time . It was evident that little care or consideration had been given to the preparation and presentation of the meals. Equally disappointing was the level of service we received. Our server was alone to cover all our staff, leaving us waiting for extended periods before taking our orders and failing to check in on us throughout the meal. A simple example was asking for a an extra dish of hummus , and the comment received was ( this is all we can serve) Additionally, I was dismayed to overhear members of your staff making derogatory remarks about us complaining about the heat and seating area , replying in a meaning of " this is what you get ,deal with it" This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell far short of these expectations. In light of these issues, I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and to implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
