"I requested a single room. Upon arrival, there was no reception, so I had to call. No one from the company showed up during my entire stay, only the cleaners who cleaned the bathroom but didn't make the bed. It was so small that there was no room for a toilet paper holder or a tray for shampoo and shower gel. The door didn't close properly, so I had to use the key or slam it. And, finally, they charge a whopping €70 per night for this "room," clearly an armed robbery. The lack of customer service isn't just bad, which it is, it's nonexistent. My call reporting a defect went completely unheeded. I think the room dimensions don't meet community standards, so I'm thinking of reporting it to the tourism department. I went to some orienteering races in the area. There will be more, but I assure you I won't return to this place and I'll advertise it so no one rents it."
