I like the hotel, it was my second time on holiday with my children. The service is up to par. The food is delicious. There are no slides in the pool for children, although they used to be there. But there is unlimited access to the amusement park. It's a pity that it was possible to book a room through the app only for three adults and I had to pay extra for the children on site. Overall, the holiday was a success, thanks to the staff!

Hello. We received very bad service. The food was pretty bad and there was a serious lack of staff. There is insufficient staff. Same food came out for 3 days. At the same time, there was a serious queue to buy food. We couldn't have dinner on Saturday. Only the drinks were very very good. The location of the hotel is nice. But I would never, ever recommend it. We stayed in all Rixos hotels. But I will never stay at this hotel again. So we spent money for this hotel for 2 days for nothing. I will report this complaint everywhere.
