Everything is perfection, I visit this hôtel e very year. All Employés are very helpful , Hamza helped us from beginning during our star we will be here for a long stay and very Please to be here . There are many restaurants in The hôtel we especially love à la carte restaurants aksam and mykorini restaurant.

We stayed as a family in Club Prive for a week and we are completely blown away by the magic of this place and the kind people who have been so helpful and attentive to all Of our needs during our stay! The resort is immaculate, the food five star and always prepared fresh! The staff works incredibly hard to make sure your stay is enjoyable and respond immediately on WhatsApp to anything we requested, asked about, ordered, etc. We are already planning to come back next fall when the water will be a bit more warmer to swim at on the beach. This place is an absolute dream!!! Thank you to Maral and Filiz for everything you have done for us during our stay and we extend a special thank you to Mariem at Club Prive who went above and beyond what was necessary to assist us both with our stay and outside of the resort. After we had checked out, Mariem helped us arrange everything to have items shipped to our next destination, outside of her working hours and on her days off! Mariem, you are the kindest soul, thank you again from our family to you 🙏🙏🙏 We will never forget the kind service and the beauty of this place. ❤️❤️❤️

My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 3, 8 and 10) have just finished a 10 night stay in one of the beautiful 3 bedroom villas in the club prive section of Rixos premium belek. Our stay was PURE LUXURY from the moment we landed and were collected by a private car from the airplan steps! Our bags were collected for us and we were transported to our villa door. Our assistants Ozan and Filiz were amazing, helping us to arrange 24 hour room service, all inclusive laundry service (which was such a luxury with 3 young children!) and private fast track trips to land of legends - all done on WhatsApp which made everything so simple. The club prive guests get exclusive access to the club house and beach club restaurants and the service and food is next level. You are treated like royalty by the staff and the atmosphere is so peaceful and calm. In particular, I would like to thank Farzona (Fire) Melikova, Baris Jan and Zaat bey - they have made our holiday so special and work SO hard all day to provide guests with every thing they could ever want. Farzona needs to be promoted as she is the best - club prive is very lucky to have her working as part of their team. We cannot wait to come back next year and will recommend the club prive experience to all of our friends in England because of the beautiful service we have received. Thank you for making our dream holiday so perfect. 😍

Dear Rixos Family Just wanted to say a huge thank you again for our incredible stay at the villa. Although a hiccup at the start with several issues, we were eventually able to feel completely relaxed for the remainder of our stay. The villa itself was beautiful, but what really made the experience special was the service Ozan and the team gave us. Thank you for taking such great care of us – from the little details like remembering how we take our tea with hot milk and topping up the chocolates for the kids, to organizing everything so smoothly without us having to think twice. You made us feel truly looked after, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and professionalism you brought to our stay. Currently enjoying our last day at Rixos Premium Belek - Club Prive. We are a family of 7 from ages 71 to 12 years old. We were lucky enough to be able to stay in one of the 4 bedroom villa’s Club Prive at Rixos Premium Belek and what a beautiful experience. We had the most amazing butler Alena Boyshpolets. Alena created a WhatsApp group with my family, she was always so friendly and was always on call whenever we needed any help. She was just a text message away. In our private villa we had a private pool, seating area outside, 4 bedrooms all with en-suites, a lounge and a kitchen area. Everything was cleaned and topped up daily. Staying in Club Prive gave us access to a private dinning area (The Club house) which is open 24/7 and everything is cooked fresh and delicious, proper dinning experience. We also had access to a beach cabana for the duration of our stay which included drinks and food all day. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much hassle. We managed to book with the help of Alena 4 of the À la cart restaurants which were all lovely. We spent most of our time at the main pool as this is heated. We only ate at the hotel buffet once but there was so much choice and you definitely would not go hungry. Overall this has been an amazing holiday and we have made so many beautiful memories, this hotel is beautiful, definitely a must if you want abit of luxury. Thank you Alena for your hospitality, you have been amazing, thank you Rixos Premium Belek, your hotel is just so beautiful. I have been sharing my experience with all my family, friends and social media followers and this is definitely a hotel I will be recommending to every I know. Looking forward to returning and living the experience all over again. Definitely the best hotel in Belek.

There is really nothing to complain about our experiences in the Rixos club prive. My family stayed here the 4th time now, and it was my first time. At the beginning I was a bit skeptical if it is really as great as how they described it, but to be fair it was even better. Beginning Ozan and Filiz but also all the other staff everyone is super helpful and just lovely. I can only highly recommend a holiday here.
