Xanadu Resort - High Class All Inclusive

The hotel is old, rooms, toilets in the public areas especially. If you come to the pool bar you can wait forever for the service - no one will attend, they will turn around from you while walking past you. I don’t know why is it called “high class all inclusive “… as there were no fresh juice, Red Bull casted 3 eur, they did virgin mojito cocktail with mint leaves already brown color. Animation is average during the day, better in the evening. Not enough Sun beds - you need to hunt for it. Towels close at 6 pm when a lot of kids are still in the pool and need a towel; and no lifeguard. Territory with the swimming pool is beautiful.

Hotel is nice. Some of waiters behaviour is not good. However there was good staffs. Thank you for your great service Unal Koc (Head of waiter) and Ayse hanim (from the housekeeping).

The hotel is clean and tidy and staff /entertainment make a real effort at pleasing people and residents. Food is good at most places and alternatives are available at request and are provided with a smile. Had a lovely time here wirh family and would recommend to young families and holiday goers.

We did yoga with Olga on a beautiful sunny morning in Xanadu. We loved the whole experience, Olga showed us loads of new moves and had us in positions we did not think possible, all with a smile. Wish we could take her home to keep us right there as her instructions were clear and straightforward.Thanks

loved it was best experience ever and the holiday boy and loved the food and drink will definitely come here again the activities were amazing, the staff were nice and respectful and the beach was amazing the drinks were outstanding and food aswell and loved the rooms the beds were comfy and the slides were fun

Love yoga teacher Olga, very professional. My body is grateful for this experience. Highly recommend to anyone. She also offers private lessons and kids swimming classes.

From "-" Arrived with a charter flight at 4am with 2 kids(one of the kid had high fever and was noshies)reception refused to provide a rest area for kids,as they were waiting for check in time (2pm). We Arrived from the airport with a group,other guest got the room within 30 min of arrival,we had to beg for a place for literally a bed so a sick kid could rest. Reception was absolutely useless and very rude. Later on I was told that they expect "tips" for a convenient and speedy check in.. Disappointing Breakfast varies was inconsistent and decreased daily,always had to ask for salmon for breaky.Not all wait staff could speak/understand English,20% of experienced and attentive staff,80% of the fillers with a very basic knowledge. Entertainment very poor and lazy,didn't seem very much involved in the hotels life. Lots of smokers,areas are not zoned,very disturbing if you are with kids or generally non smoker. Not all bars had same variety (drinks,ice-cream) a lack of towel section in kids club as well! Suggestions: Would suggest to eliminate smoking while kids activities are taking place. Announce activities via microphone and constantly remind guest about scheduled entertainment . Revise program in kids club as some activities clash in timing. For example: tree climbing from 3pm-4pm,water slides work from 10-12pm and from 2-4pm.Its hard to manage if you have kids in different age group. From "+" Great location, Loved the variety of pools (as the main pool gets super busy) . Beach area was well managed and they have the best lunch out there. Doner kebab was the best from their menu. A great relief for parents having kids club. My kids had great time ,had multiple activities and been literally counting minutes till baby disco. A very professional staff who been looking g after us Gokai Akbas,thank you very much ,you made our stay! Non a bad place for holidays,but definitely not a 5 star as it's mentioned.
