Positives - [ ] Immaculate, so clean everywhere, staff work really hard to keep everywhere clean - [ ] Everything well maintained doesn’t look tired or anything in need of repair even at end of season - [ ] Very good offering of food and drink, lots of choice all day long with premium brands included - [ ] My youngest loved the kids club, great facilities and programme - [ ] The couple of issues we encountered during our stay such as broken safe and mini bar drinks/ snacks not being replenished were dealt with quickly and efficiently through the WhatsApp number. Also we had a problem with our air con in our room from half way through our stay as the main building moved to the winter concept so our room was very warm for the 4 of us but guest services sorted for us within a day and we were moved into a swim up room free of charge and the air con was just perfect. The hotel genuinely want to rectify issues and find a solution for you. Guest services are very helpful and even come and said goodbye when we left - [ ] Evening shows were good - [ ] Asma a la carte dinner was lovely, beautiful food and service, would highly recommend Negatives - [ ] Surprised that we did not get a welcome drink or macarons like others got on arrival. We arrived later on a Saturday and was told that dinner had finished we would have to wait until 11pm if we wanted food. Our 2 young children wouldnt of been able to wait until then after travelling all day. The lovely reception guy took my husband to the z lounge and ordered some food for him so that he was able to bring it up to the room, so would be good if they made people aware that they could do this especially if they have young children - [ ] Really sorry to say this but the vast majority of staff and guests at this hotel are so miserable and rude. We could count on one hand the amount of staff that were smiling and friendly during the week. Never had this before anywhere in Turkey we have stayed, not sure if it’s because it’s end of season but didn’t make us feel particularly welcome and at times a real inconvenience asking for anything. In all honesty it didn’t seem like a very happy atmosphere anywhere - [ ] Noticeable divide between nationalities, some nationalities are treated completely different and sadly not positive for the very few British guests that are staying here, very sad as it doesn’t need to be like that as we are all paying guests at the end of the day regardless of where we come from but levels of service and offerings were noticeably different - [ ] Language barrier - it’s pot luck what food and drink you get as little staff speak or understand English very well. The majority of our orders we placed for food and drink were wrong makes it a bit tricky when no one understands you - [ ] Russian and German guests staying here extremely rude and entitled which does affect your stay, with children being allowed to run riot everywhere and we really didn’t like the way they spoke to the staff, n

We came back last night from a 7 night stay at Pappillon Zeugma Relaxury. We were very sad to of left. Myself, my partner and 2 children came from England for my birthday. It was a fantastic stay. We had a swim up room which was perfect for us. The hotel itself was stunning. Very clean and kept up to standards. The entertainment was also very good. A wide variety of food and lots to do. The beach was clean and I loved how you can order drinks to the sun loungers. Very handy as My partner and his 14 year old went on the jetski, it meant I didn’t have to keep walking up the beach to get my little boy drinks etc. Staff made us feel very welcome, especially on my birthday. The lovely lady on roller skates sang happy birthday to me while bringing me a special cocktail by the pool. Mahsa I believe her name was (correct me if I’m wrong). Kadir also made a beautiful cocktail for me. The bar staff were so friendly to my 4 year old son also. I’m sure we will most definitely will be back in the future. This hotel is lovely, we stayed in the pool suite which is great. The food was delicious and everything is super clean. The staff are fantastic, each and everyone of them but shouts outs have to go to Christine, Bulent and the chef (sorry missed his name) from the beer house our favourite place lol Mahsa and the guys at the bar areas outside, are so great, helpful and always a friendly smile. Taylan and Mustafa at the main restaurant made our evenings so special they are so helpful and welcoming, everyone went above and beyond. The only thing I could fault (only because it's our preference not an actual problem) is that the pool slides are at the other end of the hotel away from the pools, beach and food courts. We have been to 3 other hotels in Turkey where the aqua park is near to everything and just find it works better for the kids and parents if the fun stuff is all in one place and easier for them to meet some friends.

What a beautiful hotel, we had a pool suite which fantastic and highly recommend. The staff, well what can I say, they made our holiday special The house keeper was brilliant (didn't get her name) . Taylan and Mustafa in the main restaurant were so helpful and friendly. Christine and Bulent in the beer house are so welcoming and happy. Masha who worked at the garden pool bar always greeted us with a smile and looked after us.. thank you all of you for the memories

An Honest Experience at Papillon Zeugma – From a Frequent Traveler Hello, As a frequent traveler, I decided to share my honest and practical opinion about Papillon Zeugma Hotel. If you’re seriously considering staying here, I highly recommend reading this review carefully. Two weeks before our trip, I booked this hotel through ETS Tur for myself, my wife, and our 10-year-old daughter. At the time, the hotel was offering a 48% discount, and the total cost for 4 nights and 5 days in a land view room was approximately 44,000 TL. Friends of ours, based on our recommendation, joined us from another country, and we booked a pool suite for them. Before diving into the hotel details, let me share my past experiences in Antalya. I’ve previously stayed at well-known resorts such as Rixos Premium Belek, Voyage Belek, Limak, and Royal Holiday. So, my feedback here is based on fair comparisons with these top-tier hotels. Arrival Experience: From the moment we arrived, the warm and professional welcome by the staff was energizing. We reached the hotel around 10:00 AM. After the greeting, we were invited to enjoy a full breakfast. As expected from international hotels, they informed us that our room would be ready by 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and after enjoying it, we returned to the reception around noon to ask about the Wi-Fi. To our delight, we were informed that our rooms were already ready. The luggage of our accompanying group was delivered to the villa via electric vehicles, and as we headed to our room, we discovered that we had been upgraded to a sea view room – a lovely surprise! After a quick shower, we officially started our holiday. Food & Beverages: The variety of food, drinks, desserts, and cafes at this hotel is truly impressive. In fact, during our 5-day stay, we didn’t get the chance to try all the food stations. The à la carte restaurants, which cost only 5 euros per person, offered luxurious and unforgettable dining experiences that were easily worth several times more. The main buffet restaurant surprised us every day with a new selection of meat and seafood dishes. The waitstaff were extremely professional – always nearby, ready to help with a smile. We never heard a “no” or “we don’t have it” — even if something was out, they would find a way to provide it. A Special Moment: One day, I raised my hand to get a soda, and a man in a blue T-shirt approached me faster than anyone else. After a short conversation, I realized he was the restaurant manager. I mentioned we were here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. He asked for a little time, and then… A few minutes later, he and a group of staff came toward us with a birthday cake and music – it turned into one of the most memorable moments of our entire trip.
