We arrived early wanting to leave our bags but luckily our room was ready. Room was clean just maybe a few things in the bathroom like a bit of limescale on the pipes nothing big. We had food in the restaurant food was lovely service was good especially one of the ladies who had a lovely way with her. Seen her again at breakfast. Only issue we had was at 2am the room next door where very loud and noisy woke us from our sleep and took ages to shut up. Should have maybe complained but was so tired didn’t bother. Mother than that our stay was great

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were a bit hot but they provided us with a fan which was very helpful. Great location. Close to pubs and shopping. Good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was specious and clean but no parking for the Hotel. Amenities like Toothbrush and Toothpaste were not there. The room was hot inspite of heater switched off.

We spent one night in Belfast, this is hotel was in the perfect location!! 20 minute walk to the Titanic Museum and close to the City Centre. The size of the room was fine but the bathroom was a little small. I would recommend this hotel to others.
