I completely understand how frustrating this must have been.I would like to sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding “daily housekeeping.” As part of our Green Initiative, rooms are serviced every second day for stays of three nights or more, with additional servicing available at any time upon request. This should always be clearly communicated, and I’m sorry if this was not made clear at the time of booking or during your stay.That said, I am especially sorry that when you did request housekeeping, it was not completed in a timely manner and required multiple reminders. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your experience has been shared with our housekeeping and front office teams to ensure improvements are made.We also appreciate your feedback regarding the room design and layout.
