The hotel is very close to the grand central train station, also very close to city center. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast has lost of things to choose from.

This hotel is nice and conveniently located close to the City Hall, the rooms are clean and spacious; furthermore, hotel staff is friendly and helpful. There was a nice touch when someone made up the room in the evening and left some chocolates. This is not however a five star hotel, maybe it was at some point, but I don’t think it’s up to the standards of current five stars. The wifi wasn’t working properly and the bathroom was quite average, the TV was poised in front of the window thus covering most of the natural light coming in. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a five star experience.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of the Belfast city center. Friendly staff, clean room with an excellent view. Currently one of the better places to stay at in the area. Only issue was not being able to park in the hotel which was booked up, but they do offer a discount for a parking space across the street. Will stay here again.

Good location, short walking distance to Victoria Square and City Hall. Roughly 10 min drive from train station. Clean rooms, great service. Pricing was reasonable. Walkable distance to public transportation to Titanic Quarter.

It uses some high-tech technologies, such as the toilet door automatically closes and opens when it is touched, but we feel that it is noisy at night, so we specifically asked the front desk staff to help us cancel this function. Another thing that made our stay experience bad was that we were arranged in a room in the basement, and it felt like there were almost no other guests down there. I don't know why we were treated very specially. The room is very small, and there is not even enough space to put luggage. I don't recommend this hotel.
