Avoid at all costs!!! This place is absolutely dreadful, I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. First off, the room is incredibly small. If you have a suitcase, you literally can't fit anything in there because the bed is right next to the toilet. At night, a really foul smell wafts up from the bathroom. Once you book, they won't allow cancellations for any reason. I booked for two nights, and after the first night's terrible experience, I wanted to switch hotels for the second night. But no matter what, the hotel refused to reschedule or refund. The pillows in this hotel also had unexplained stains. If you're looking for a comfortable environment, definitely steer clear!

The location was great! It's right in the city center, close to bus stops, and there's a Tesco supermarket nearby. There's also a famous fish and chips place close by, so we had no trouble finding food. On the other hand, there were hardly any amenities. I was surprised there was no electric kettle. You also have to go to the front desk to borrow a hairdryer. Toiletries aren't included either and have to be purchased. However, the security is excellent. You can't enter the building at night without a key card, and you need a key card to access each floor as well. The front desk staff were kind, and the hotel was clean. Overall, I think it's a good hotel.
