We had room 101, which was lovely and quiet. The soap and shower dispensers were empty so would be nice for them to be topped up.

Facilities: Overall, the facilities were decent. Hygiene: The hygiene was good. Environment: The environment was clean and spacious. Service: The service attitude was also quite enthusiastic. The room was disgustingly dirty , the sofa bed had brown an orangey stains all over it the underneath the sofa cushions were ripped and torn to shreds? The carpet was stained in orangey colour also there was mould in corners of the room were the carpet has been lifting , the sink in bathroom was blocked the travel cot I requested that I was two hours waiting on an received it near after 10 in the night was broken and in the bath there was balls of hair in the drain I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially not families

You cannot fault the location, but everything else is rather average, particularly the breakfast. If you can get an inclusive rate below £70, it’s bearable I suppose.

The location is super. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices and hot food. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found an insect (a silverfish) in the bathroom. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. (Be prepared!) It was hard to pump the shampoo, shower gel out. Family room is spacious. Can get hot in the summer (bring your own electric fan! No fans or air conditioners in the rooms.)

Our stay was total shambles.. 2 hour wait on our 2 rooms, long ques,  Food in the bar was cold and disgusting costing 100 sterling..  when we finally got our rooms 2 hours after check in they were not made up correctly, again had to go to reception and ask them to make up 2 beds.  Really really bad service and generally bad management.  Won’t be staying again hotel is like faulty towers.
