Great location, clean and tidy. My only negatives were the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the beds are also only small doubles so not alot of room. We had a nice view looking out onto Belfast cathedral, as shown in the picture. Breakfast was good, with a good selection to choose from and a nice coffee machine. Overall, I would stay again but dont expect a good night's sleep.

Overall is ok, budget price! Friendly staff, ok check out before 11am and slightly far away from bus interchange, 20-30mins walking. 15mins walk to City Hall. Breakfast is ok, 5 different type in bread, also have hem, Cheese, coffee machine for coffee, at least have basic breakfast, unfortunately no have eggs there.

Ideal location, on street parking or public car park near by. 4/5 mins walk to nice area with bars. Lovely staff member greeted up and gave us a recommendation for places to go. Continental breakfast was ideal the next morning in a shared kitchen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable even though it was small but was only for one night. Would stay again

Bed didn't feel like a double very small. Cleanliness room OK, BUT the Ceiling all cracked cement and black. Not a sight to ge looking up at when trying to sleep.Took video but can't upload it. Nice gesture for breakfast in small room, think suit students. Definitely won't be staying here again. Only in room to sleep, long enough. 🙄

The only thing, it was hot in the room if the window is closed, which we didn't have a choice because its so noisy outside, but its life.
