This hotel is the very last building at the very end of town, situated in the depths of a commercial estate. There is nowhere to eat unless you are prepared to drive back down into town, where parking could be an issue. Good parking at the hotel itself. The room was fine, as was the breakfast - although the breakfast stocking was "just in time", with items only restocked when down to last knockings. The duty manager (owner?) smokes just outside the back door.

3 rooms booked, all in deplorable or dirty conditions... Nasty smells, very average hygiene, no bedside tables, they are torn off, VMC never cleaned, and no heating even though it is 8° outside! For breakfast we had the choice between bread or burnt chocolate croissants, nothing else! No salty or hot products as stipulated on their website, simply lies. We complained to reception and then by email to the manager, but they do not take responsibility at all, they do not care, they take your money and that's it. No sense of respect for customers or taking responsibility. A word of advice, run away, the worst B&B we have ever been to.

There are two B&B hotels in Belfort. This one is on the motorway to Germany or towards Lyon. Next door is a Premiere Classe, otherwise there is nothing here. Rooms are budget level with a writing desk, bathroom is separate. I received the room code before I arrived. The breakfast for €8.50 was very simple. Sliced cheese was the only cold cut, no cream cheese or even ham. No fresh milk, orange juice supposedly "pure". Baked goods reheated. WiFi is constantly problematic. Hardly any parking spaces without restrictions. Lots of charging stations.

The room was simple but OK for one night. You are really far from everything here. Everything was clean. Shower only with a curtain, no fixed shower screen. Contrary to the B&B promise, no fresh fruit for breakfast, just plain baguette, no cereal. Staff rather "grumpy".

Nous somme venu du 9 au 10 Décembre 2023, nous avons eu la chambre 22 et 29. À notre arriver un client c'est montrer violent avec un membre du personnel, et de plus un membre du personnel était alcoolisées, suite à cette incident nous avons hésité d'annuler la réservation, mais nous avons pas annuler car on avais des chose à faire sur Belfort et les hôtel au alentours était complet. La literie est confortable, les chambres propre, et les femme de ménage très gentil et disponible. Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais très bon. Nous recommandons pas vraiment cette établissement, cause de l'ambiance qui est glacial.

Au fond d’une zone commerciale, près d’un accès autoroute c’est un établissement pratique pour un arrêt passage ou affaire. Les chambres sont propres et le PDJ vaut ses 8.50€ Par contre vous devez avoir une voiture pour y accéder ou vous déplacer pour vous restaurer
