Good hotel,staff is friendly, breakfast is very nice and delicious)…it’s really good breakfast…! One biiiig problem of hotels in Belgrade it’s smoking everywhere and I don’t know where is ventilation!

The hotel is very comfortable, it feels a bit out of the way when you go there at night but it's ok. The hotel's food is good, the tuna steak is really delicious, highly recommended, 210 yuan for tuna is a good deal, and it is delivered to the room

Overall, everything is fine. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the pedestrian street where everyone walks and there are many cafes. This is a residential area. The accommodation includes a sauna and a gym, but I have not been there, so I cannot evaluate it. The sink was clogged, I asked the reception to fix it in the morning, but no one came. Bottled water is only given for the first day, but there is a kettle and tea and coffee in bags, so it is ok. Cleaning was done every day.

The service is too bad. We booked a double room but only got one bottle of water. I extended my stay for another day. I asked the front desk before extending my stay and they said they would provide another bottle of water for the extended day. However, they didn't. I called back and they said they would only provide water on the first day. I could either drink tap water or buy water from their Mini Bar. The socket is broken and I can't plug anything in. On the second day, they only took out the garbage from the first day and didn’t even clean the toilet?

比較現代化的酒店，比較乾淨，早餐種類很多，很豐富。衹是房間比較小，雙人間，一個人住都比較擠。水也衹給一瓶，哪怕連續住幾天也衹是第一天給一瓶水。

This hotel is located in Dorcol - a nice residential area close to city center with stunning views from the Fort and the Danube River. Its a 5 year old premise and has potential to be a better hotel if management does the follow improvements: 1. Fix up AC center (it will only work upon request to engineer to fix it temporary - a constant struggle - reception told us to open window which brings bugs and outside noise. Totally unacceptable! 2. Replace linen (towels are thin and scratchy, bathrobes were also old and scratchy, pillows are not comfortable) 3. Housekeeping service issue - even though we left the "service room" light on upon our return to the hotel the room was not serviced. Once the chamber maid told us she could not open our door! This is definitely not good. Breakfast is great with good selection of luncheon meats, nuts, seeds, fresh and dried fruits, etc. I hope the improvements would be done soon to deserve a 4 star rate and 4 as a review. Good breakfast options and, an aesthetically, pleasing hotel. Some of the staff is nice, but not at all. They have no maps of the city. But no hotel does. The hotel rooms are nice but some rooms have problems with water pressure and no AC. They do offer robes, slippers, bath towels, and hand towels, but their towels are very abrasive small, and used. They should replace them. They offer toiletries that are stuck to the wall, some rooms have showers only, some rooms have showers and bathtubs combined. Carpeted floors in rooms. They have shoehorn shoe polish machines that also polish your shoes, sewing kits, hairdryers, mini refrigerators and nice seating in rooms. They have a meeting space, a very nice restaurant and he chef is amazing. Hotels on the higher floors offer great views of the city and the Danube River. They’re close to a Maxi grocery store and in a great safe neighborhood. That easily can be access to the main city center in a 10-15 walk.

Great location-not far from Danube river,several minutes walk to the Cara Dushana street with lots of shops,banks,restaurants.Idea super and Dm around the corners.Big dinning room,good breakfast.And especially I loved -shower cabin has the door,so no water is going on the floor.Minibar,cattle,tea,coffee,free bottle of water.Good cleaning

This hotel is nice and clean and modern in a quiet neighborhood a bus ride or short walk away from city center. What irked me about it are three things: (1) The gym does not open until 8 am such that for our week's stay I could never use it due to daily activities starting at 9 am. (2) The espresso machine made awful coffees if it worked at all. (3) Our room lacked the ability to turn on A/C. We were able to open the two side windows though often felt too warm in the cool Spring season.

We stayed at this hotel for a business trip and liked it very much. The staff was very professional and did their job very well. The hotel was clean and the quality of the drinks served in the cafe area was very good. The breakfasts were also very good. It was just a bit sad that there was no 24-hour room service. Other than that, I was happy with everything. Thank you very much.
