"My friend and I booked this hotel 2 weeks before our stay. We called hours before arriving, letting them know we were coming a bit after 8 pm, as the ferry times indictated (their check-in policy is 8 pm). The receptionist could not have been ruder; she dismissed everything we said and hung up on us. We were unable to stay here because we arrived SHORTLY after 8 pm. Now our trip to Lake Como is cancelled. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and hurt because this place looked amazing, but the staff isn't accommodating to our needs. The staff needs to figure it out!!!!"

"Rooms: The room I stayed in had a spacious terrace with breathtaking views over the lake and mountains—a perfect spot to unwind. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Just a heads-up: there are only stairs to access the rooms, so it’s worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. Service: Both the host and the manager were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. They were generous with their time and often offered rides into town when available, which we really appreciated. Location: Peaceful and scenic, but about a 40-minute walk from central Bellagio. The route is steep, winding, and lacks pavements, which makes it feel unsafe—especially at night. Buses are infrequent and often crowded, and taxis cost a flat €20 each way. The host kindly offered lifts when possible, but it’s not guaranteed. There are no nearby restaurants, so you’ll need to head back into town for lunch and dinner. Food: Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and was a lovely way to start the day—simple, but made with care. Value: Compared to accommodation in the centre of Bellagio, this B&B is much more affordable. For the room size, peaceful setting, and incredible views, it really does offer great value for money. Overall: A beautiful and tranquil place to stay if you don’t mind being away from the centre. Just be sure to plan ahead for meals and transport. Please note: I stayed here in May 2024"

"There is a big tree in the hotel yard, breakfast is good, the hotel does not have an elevator, the big box is not convenient to carry upstairs, go out and go down the stairs to the lake quickly."

"Visitors to Bellagio couldn’t find a better place. Francesca’s apartment is right in the centre of town, within easy walking distance of everywhere. The space is modern and well-equipped, and kept spotlessly clean. Very highly recommended!"

"This Residence, while well located, does not have air conditioning, and being on the third floor is VERY HOT. I complained to the front desk and they sent an electrical fan, which is like blowing hot air in your face. In addition, the decor is grandmother’s Spartan, the ugliest room in my three week trip from Venice to Milán. I could go on about the lack of an elevator, lousy bed sheets and cheap pillows… In summary, stay away from this place, it will kill your enthusiasm!"
