We recently had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn & Suites Belleville. The accommodations, cleanliness and friendly helpful staff were all outstanding! The attention to detail is evident everywhere. Their unique measures with regard to the security, safety and comfort of their guests, as well as their policy to ensure a peaceful, quiet stay were effective and truly appreciated. We were also pleasantly surprised by the selection of hot food in the breakfast buffet. Don't miss it! We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!

Check in was simple. Our credit card was charged the moment we arrived and the receipt was delivered to our room on the day of our departure. We saw a security guard doing his rounds in the lobby at night. Our family stayed here during the civic holiday long weekend in the 2 queen bed suite on the main floor. We did not hear any noise coming in from the hallway during our stay. Our room was bright, clean, spacious and beds were comfy. Sofa bed was an added bonus. As well as the mini fridge, kuerig coffee machine and microwave. Lots of storage and shelves to place our items. The parking lot was full in the front but around the back, there’s plenty of spaces available. The outdoor patio was great for relaxing while we helped ourselves to the complimentary cookies, coffee, tea and water. Sandbanks provincial park is 40 mins away. Breakfast lounge was uncrowded when we went at 7 am and the options were fantastic. There was cheese omelette, baked beans, sausages and breakfast potatoes. In the cooler, we found hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese and milk. The opposite table had hot buns, butter, jam, peanut butter, muffins, fruits, bagels, english muffins, and toast. There were also assorted cereal and pancakes. The location was superb. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, fast food eateries, grocery stores and coffee shops. Shopping mall and highway is conveniently close by. Overall I would return and recommend this hotel. This place is modern, close to everything, the staff were friendly and polite and the price was reasonable. We had a fantastic stay.

Walking into the lobby of this Comfort Inn is like walking out of a time machine that just spit you out into the 1980s. Before anyone accuses me of being an elitist...and expecting Four Seasons quality at a Comfort Inn...I know this is supposed to be a budget roadside hotel for travelling families who come here for the pool and the waffle maker in the breakfast room (didn't venture in there but I am sure there is one!). But $250 for a tiny room with a double bed and a rickety love-seat sofa bed; an original 1970s bathroom, and an air conditioner that sounds like an idling truck??!! We kept expecting the lights to flash and the Demogorgon to climb down from the ceiling! And the Never-ending Story was the never-ending all night conversation of the party guests in the ”picnic” area below our window! In the morning, we literally ran past the 20-person long breakfast room lineup into our car and high tailed it back to the 21st century, scared to look back and find the Demodogs chasing us!

Marriott's economy hotel is very good in all aspects, the room is big enough, two Queen beds, enough parking spaces, close to Riverside Park, beautiful environment, enough shopping and restaurants nearby, breakfast is not many, but everything Very tasty, there are several kinds of bread to bake, there are delicious sausages and steamed eggs, cereals such as fresh milk and cereals, and banana apples. The restaurant service at the front desk is very good. In short, I am very satisfied with this hotel.

I went into this with an open mind, we read the reviews. We booked it for 3 nights. I knew that is was going to be old and outdated. But it was more than that. Initially it all looked okay. We went in for 15min inspecting the room, but it was an old smoking room they converted to non-smoking so it smells like old stale smoke. It was not properly converted or cleaned. I am not a smoker and smoke sensitive, it bothered my throat, eyes, and I got a headache, in only 15min. Also regular deep cleaning is not done. There are hand prints, grimy area on the walls door and ceiling, boogers? wiped along the bed frame and headboard of the wall. This can all be improved/ eliminated with regular cleaning. Everyone on of our linens had stains. The couch and thick blanket had burn marks. The appliances are yellowed, the walls and trim, and I think not from age, its from smoke. We took a hit on losing money and went to a nicer hotel. It was worth it to feel safe and comfortable. Pros: The staff at the front were nice and voided our credit hold on the room. We didn't find bed bugs. Head board and bed spread appeared to be newer. The bathroom looked clean. Fridge was cold, there is a microwave.
