Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

The property was exceedingly clean. All the staff were kind and generous. The morning complimentary breakfast was excellent; a wide variety of warm and tasty options. Parking was very easy. I will unhesitatingly stay here again!

I had no hit water my sink made a very loud noise when on. Pool area had mold on yhe walls. It was very loud feom other people staying

Really nice room with two tvs, a work station, spacious bathroom. Very pleasantly surprised.

Staff was super friendly. 3rd floor ice machine was broken, Fridge in room was in non working condition. AC in rooms was wonderful

When I stayed there last Oct, I rated a 5 star across the board! It was a great experience for my daughter and I. This time, as soon as i waled in, i could smell mold. Asked if they had problems with the pool, the staff said no. Ok, so i got my card and jumped on the elevator to the 2nd floor. Like a slap in the face, I selt *********, it was heavy! Went to get my luggage and told the staff behind the counter. She said she has had other complaints about it and didnt know where it was coming from, she would go up and spray again. I went back up to my room to relax, the cable wasnt working. Called the front desk, and she came up and fixed it. All good for now. A couple hours later, i hear kids running down the halls. This went on till around midnight. Between the ********* and the kids running in the halls, i didnt get a good nights sleep. I woke up more tired than i went to bed. My eyes were swollen almost shut. I pack my bags, stopped for breakfast, which was horrible. Eggs over cooked, sausage under cooked, and the coffee was cold! Im in Bellevue 2-4 times a year. I will not use your hotel again! Thank GOD I didnt have my daughter with me this trip! I would like to be compensated for this last stay.
