Hotel was in a good location and very reasonable prices for a family of 4. Staff were pleasant and informative. The bed mattress was very hard, may suit some people. Breakfast was good but lacking fruit that we prefer or kids yoghurts. None of this would stop me from booking here again.

The room we've been given was smelling really bad, damp smell. We went to reception to report this, and the staff was very unfriendly, and apparently they did not seem to have any other king room available so we've been given a double room even though this is not what was on our booking. No apologies from the staff, just rude looks.

Checked in after having a horrible stay at a previous accommodation. Definitely felt like an upgrade. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was standard but did the job. Shower was clean and spacious enough. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, two very helpful members of staff at reception. Location is perfect, on the outskirts of glasgow,close to motorway. Lots of parking spaces..suitable for larger passenger vehicles to park - no height restrictions.
