Premier Inn Great Yarmouth West (A47)

Excellent location of hotel near to town, just don't expect a drink on arrival if checking in at 3pm, bar does not open till 5pm and even then your kicked out early due to staffing issues. Restaurant worked better as a Brewers Fayre now since it is a premier inn restaurant for guests only, gone down hill, avoid at all costs you would be better off spending money in Great Yarmouth town centre itself, which we did.

A good clean hotel. Very welcoming an arrival. Free teas and coffee and tea at reception. The bedroom was very clean. Large tv. Bathroom and shower was all clean. Great value for money. Well worth a visit. We had a family room. Both beds were good and relaxing.

Hello all :-) Just wanted to come here and say that I always use premier inn hotels. I find them to be good value for money, very clean, and the staff always helpful & friendly. I have just come back from a eater break at this hotel .. and they have outdone themselves. They had a easter egg hunt for the children & a free easter quiz with free cocktail for the adults. The children eat for free both dinner & breakfast and the staff were so friendly. I have also recently been diagnosed with high cholesterol, and the restaurant ( thank Doni ) aways cooked me something special to help my health. Wonderful hotel , Thanks premier inn Great Yarmouth A47, for making my holiday extra special .

The room was too warm. The windows couldn't be opened and the air conditioning was inadequate. The aircon went down to 19c, however even with the fan set to full it was still too hot to sleep well. It was only 13c outside that day! Spent all night out from under the quilt. The aircon seems to go off after a while as when we looked at it in the morning you had to press the ON button again. Won't be staying in a Premier Inn again.

Great Premier. Lovely staff, really comfy bed and very clean room. If I'm being super picky a few more tea bags in the bedroom would have been great and slightly crisper bacon and runner eggs, but that is REALLY fussy feedback! The staff in particular were so helpful and friendly even though I'm sure they were clearly rushed off their feet.

Nice and quiet. Restaurant was in adjacent building, not like indicated in the hotel's photos. It is possible to pay for (supposedly) better WiFi but the provided free WiFi is so shockingly poor that I had no confidence that the paid for WiFi would be any better... !
